Did a kids Bday party $380.00-and I must say It was not very good. Recommend to retrain the host to be more organized and the supervisor to communicate more efficiently with her employees. We did add additional pizzas that came burnt and they adjusted our bill for it. My party package included dipping dots ($6.00 each for 12 kids) and the host forgot to give to the kids.Called spoke with a manager named Chelsea and she mentioned I can come by the next day and she would give my son extra tickets to get a grand prize for the inconvenience with the dipping dots I’m requesting. Got there today with my son and Register rep got upset and mentioned the supervisor didn’t mention anything about tickets for the inconvenience and that she is not here. With all that, a customer got so upset from waiting so long. I got yelled at and false accused all because we didn’t expect this solution to be a long process. No one from the back came out to at least help move the line along. I really don’t go to this location but wanted to try it out. Will be going to okke for parties again.

Location is ok. Not great things I can say. I would suggest having the place a bit more clean, games working properly, staff the place a bit better. Side note my kids love the place regardless of what I think. Truly the most cost effective place to bring your kids and kill hours of time without going broke in the process.

Kid-friendliness: Caters to kids. Adults after thought as it should be.

So yesterday I went there for my sons birthday. He’s autistic so of course he wanted to go on the trampolines. The manager came up to us and told us he had to get out and go to the front to pay. Instead of telling one of us to go pay for the band she literally wanted him to get out just for that. It wasn’t about paying because the price isn’t the issue, it was the fact that I had to figure out how to get him out without him having a meltdown because, again, he’s autistic and he was having so much fun inside the trampoline that he would have cried so much. Poorly handled by that manager.

My original plans didn't work out so I took my kids here instead. And it was amazing. My children had a blast and everything was affordable. $100 well spent. Thx.

We did not eat here but had great service checking in. Played some really fun games for all ages. And when I accidentally left my purse, it was there held behind the counter when I return and just as I had left it. Refreshing experience

A bit outdated, some games not available & wish it had more older toddler games.
Guy at the check in register was very nice & patient with my toddler picking prizes.

On a rainy day it is always a good alternative to take your children. You have a wide variety of arcade machines, basketball machines, ball throwing machines, among other things. The food here is nothing special, pizza and soft drinks prices are acceptable. The rewards for gifts are very poor, any item requires a lot of points and toys with few points are dime toys. They really could have something better for the kids to have better rewards with fewer points. And the trampoline should be included in the price with the card, making it a separate price seems unfair to me since while my son is jumping he is not playing anything else.

Wish I could have given 0 stars , horrible management on their behalf, the AC was broken. The drink machine was broken. Kids were sweating dehydrated. We never received an email or anything letting us know that they may not have AC or that the drink machine was broken even though we had a party pre. Booked and planned.

I'm not sure what's happened with this Chuck E. Cheese, but it's clearly gone downhill due to poor management. I recently booked a party for my son, expecting everything to be organized for 10 kids. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The venue was so unorganized—our table wasn't set properly, and cups and hats were missing. To make things worse, they didn’t even have enough goodie bags for all the kids.

I arrived at 1:15 PM for the party and informed the staff, but by 1:45 PM, still no one had attended to us. I had to approach a staff member who promised someone would come over, but it took even longer before anyone did. I also placed an order for extra food and drinks for the adults, but we never received the drinks or the extra food. When I asked about it, they claimed the chicken wings were still in the oven, but later, they admitted they had never even put the order in!

To top it off, the air conditioner was broken, making it unbearably hot inside. The kids were sweating and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager, I was told the AC had been broken for weeks and was still awaiting repairs. It was so bad I think the place should be shut down until they can fix these issues.

The manager was no help at all. I was told I'd be refunded for four kids that I was overcharged for, but later the manager denied this, saying I kept adding cards, which wasn’t true. I had only added cards for the trampoline, which was meant for eight kids. The entire experience was so inconvenient, I didn't want to deal with it anymore.

To make matters worse, we were supposed to have a host for the party, but we ended up serving the kids ourselves. And did I mention the soda machine wasn’t working? Drinks were included in the package, but they couldn’t provide them. All they offered was a 20% discount on the bill, which didn’t come close to making up for the issues.

As if that wasn’t enough, the party was nearly over when I remembered they were supposed to serve ice cream drops to the kids. When I asked about them, the staff admitted they had forgotten to bring them out. Despite this, they still planned to charge me for them.

I’ve never been so humiliated and disappointed with a service in my life. If you plan on booking a party, you may have to book it elsewhere. This is not the perfect venue.
