Cold Stone Creamery

Came in this evening for a milkshake and it was perfect! The girl who made it was super nice.

I came in for ice cream to go and Rebecca was one of the nicest employees. She was very friendly and helped me with the menu. You don’t find customer service like this very often, this lady deserves a raise. Cold Stone is the place to go!🍦

12:15pm 02/19/2025 I treated myself to an ice cream because I had a gift card. There was only one girl as a front. She had a horrible attitude. I said thank you three times and she had this horrible sour puss on her face and did not acknowledge me thanking her one time. I then asked her for a waffle cone to go with my ice cream and she seemed even more annoyed and I asked her are you OK? You seem upset. She then told me that she has a lot to do and her coworkers don’t give a shit. I wanted to tell her not to take it out on me, but instead, she walked away from me. I didn’t even get a receipt. I wanted to know the gift card balance
but felt awkward asking for one because she was so angry towards me due to lack of teamwork. Completely unacceptable to treat customers that way.

I’m giving a star each for the two positive factors of my visit. This first were the employees, who were kind, friendly, and efficient. The second is the ice cream. I mean, it's ice cream. Kinda difficult to mess that one up. BUT the main reason I even went to Cold Stone was that I found a great deal on Groupon. Apparently this location doesn't "accept" Groupons. C'mon. Whoever owns or runs this franchise obviously instructed their employees not to accept them, maybe they incur a loss, I dunno. But total BS.

Love the cinnamon ice cream I got it with pecans, walnuts and caramel it was very delicious. Thank you to the nice blonde young lady who attended me, I'm not sure I ever got her name.

Kid-friendliness: Its more like adult friendly, its a kids heaven , becareful, you might cant stop going!

Wheelchair accessibility: You can drive a tractor trailer in the store, but you wouldn't like the the reaction.
