Love founder’s favorite
Great customer service, great location
There's not too many words to put my experience into this review but I'll try. I literally showed up 4 minutes to close and they didn't even let me know. I only figured it out because they were cleaning. The two young ladies working behind the desk we're not only incredibly sweet but had smiles on their face the whole time. They let me try whatever I wanted and made suggestions. I've been in a really dark place recently and it's no exaggeration to say that their tiny bit of kindness made leaving my home worth it. Thank you so much
Called multiple times in a
Day to place an order for a cake to be made and of course no answer. This is now the 3rd day of calling with no answer
There was no outdoor seating, and our ice cream was dripping out of our cups all over our hands. Not an enjoyable summer ice cream experience.

Don't let the small cup confuse you! A small is definitely a good size for anyone thinking the small cup is too small, and the you order a medium just like me!
I received the wrong order. When I called back to clarify, I spoke with someone named Sabrina who was extremely dismissive and rude. It’s the inconsistency and the attitude that really makes this frustrating. I’ve tried to be understanding in the past, but this was the last straw. Management needs to work on both communication and customer service. This is unacceptable!

I came in for ice cream to go and Rebecca was one of the nicest employees. She was very friendly and helped me with the menu. You don’t find customer service like this very often, this lady deserves a raise. Cold Stone is the place to go!🍦
