I have always enjoyed the ice cream here. I am pregnant and after a long day decided to try their December promotion of free home delivery. I spent $32 on ice cream to get the wrong order delivered to me I got another "Stephanie's" order instead and that was a single $5 cup of ice cream. I called the store right away, they told me they could not redo my order for pickup (which is what I really wanted) but they assured me I would get a refund. It has been 4 days and I have not received my refund!!!! I just wanted the ice cream that I paid for and they could not even do that. I have been calling the store ever since to actually speak to a manager and I have not been able to speak to anyone. It was a beyond disappointing experience. My husband never wants to try home delivery again. Is the manager Michael ever even there?!???

Ice cream was pretty good. My wife and I were deciding on our flavors, so we let the next customer ahead of us. The employee who served us was either new, didn't care or thought that we were wasting time. We ordered small cups and the ice cream served barely made it to the top of the cup. Ice cream was still on the mixing board from my order and it didn't go into my cup...it was scraped into the trash.I'll most likely go back, maybe it was a bad night, possibly to another Cold Stone.

My favorite thing to get is the chocolate devotion! Comes with chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, brownie, and fudge. My only comment is that it's a bit pricey for icecream here, I think mine was about $7 for ~a 2 scoop serving. They have a bunch of flavors and things to choose from! Can get a smoothie, milkshake, etc.
Erin is the best. I had a bad experience with another employee and almost give up going there. Erin totally change this, now we go every Friday

Came to Cold Stone for dessert after dinner! They have a nice selection of different ice creams and other specialty items on their menu to pick from. I opted for a Oreo cream filling ice cream with Oreos mixed in. It has been my go to for years, and I never get tired of it! I ordered the size like it and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of ice cream in the cup. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. I got lucky and walked right in, but on weekends after dinner it does tend to get busy. When busy it can get crowded inside, so take that into consideration if planning to eat your ice cream there.
