Had a great time with the family boil. Loved the crab legs with the buttery garlic seasoning. The draft beer was served cold and my wife had a hurricane and loved it. The onion rings were delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. Actually can't wait to go back.

The chicken wings, large fried shrimp and large onion rings were all cooked to perfection. Half price during HAPPY HOUR from 4-6 pm. (Happy Hours actually). The strawberry sweet margaritas were very good. I had never had them before and loved 🥰 them. Couldn’t have had better service as the waitress took the time to check back on us often. She was very friendly, pleasant and had a 😀 most times. We were there at 5:15 pm Tuesday 4/29. I don’t recall her name. This is a restaurant to remember with the way the economy is today. You’ll love everything about it, especially the reasonable prices.

If I could rate a negative number I would. Sodium levels off the charts!!!!! Ordered Steamed Scalliops with dipping sauce on side. No flavor to scallops. 2 of the 6 obvious freezer burn evidence. If you dared dip in the sauce prepare for major sodium overload!! Also risked lemon pepper chicken wings. Even more sodium than the scallops. Reservations going into this place, reservations overwhelming confirmed. Save your money!

Went to the crafty crab we got there 10 minutes before six for their happy hour. It’s a must due to the fact that you get half price apps -1 dollar can’t beat it. The shrimp and onion rings were off the chain shrimp taste the drop like lobster calamari was a little tough, but it always is nice size portions. Then we went and got some crab boils. Portion size was large. You could share them, Dungeness crab queen, crab many options you could add to your boil you won’t be disappointed crab boils were cooked to perfection. They have many different flavors that you could add. We had the garlic butter that’s all you need and one last thing. The reason I gave it four stars on the atmosphere is they should have management or somebody checking that bathroom on the hour ladies bathroom was a disgrace. The server did a great job. Can’t remember his name.

Life Changing Purpose
I recently visited Crafty Crab in Boynton Beach for the first time to dine in, after previously only ordering through delivery. I came in with high expectations and was excited to finally experience the vibe of the restaurant in person. When I arrived, the host stand was empty because the hostess was also handling to-go orders, but she did a good job multitasking and seated me once she was able.
After being seated, I had time to observe the atmosphere. As someone who has been a restaurant manager for many years, I understand how important acknowledgment and genuine hospitality are. Unfortunately, I noticed several servers walk past me without a simple greeting or a quick “do you need anything?” Those small moments of acknowledgment truly go a long way in shaping a guest’s experience.
Because of this, I ultimately left without ordering any food or having the opportunity to experience what could have been a great dining experience. I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. I believe in the integrity of good restaurants and the impact of great service, and I know that once situations like this are brought to management’s attention, they can be easily corrected. I’d love to return and experience the warm, attentive service I know this establishment is capable of. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and I look forward to my next visit.
