There was an issue with my order when I ordered this week and the customer service I received was incredible despite this issue. They were very apologetic and immediately stated that they would have the cookie for me the following day and I could pick it up free of charge. I thought this was really great considering a lot of places would not have been as courteous. Love this location!!! :)
I always receive the BEST service from this location. My hope is that corporate sees this review and the young lady who handles the front, answers the phone, believe she is the supervisor. My hope is that she is recognized for her excellence and customer service. Cookies are always cooked to perfection here. Very happy with this location! They deliver the best gifts ever.
