The service was good and that was it. The decor is terrible. The food came out cold and tasted as if it was a microwaveable entree. This is not what we were expecting.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Driftwood, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed and memorable meal. But what truly made our visit stand out was our server, Cisco.
From the moment we were seated, Cisco’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and even explaining the story behind some of the dishes, which added a personal touch to the meal. His timing was impeccable — always checking in just when we needed it without being overbearing.
The food itself was nothing short of outstanding. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Cisco’s suggestions paired perfectly with our selections, making the whole experience even better. It was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a fantastic time.
In short, Driftwood offers not only delicious food and a charming setting but also exceptional service thanks to people like Cisco. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Really well prepared, thoughtful and creative meals. Delicious.
We used to go there pretty consistently for happy hour drinks and appetizers. The portions have gotten smaller, the drinks have gotten smaller. I am totally cool with the standard added gratuity because the staff is awesome. Just not sure overall it's worth the total check.

★★★★★ Exceptional Dining Experience at Driftwood!
Driftwood is an absolute gem in Boynton Beach! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The local fish ceviche was a standout, and the sweet and sour cauliflower was packed with delicious flavors. Every dish showcased high-quality ingredients and careful attention to detail.
The cocktails were also fantastic, expertly crafted and well-balanced. Whether dining indoors or enjoying the cozy outdoor seating, the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
Highly recommend Driftwood for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Boynton Beach. Can’t wait to come back!

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day, and we ordered the NY strip and swordfish, both of which were really good. However, there were a couple of things I disliked:
1. The tables were too close together, making it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring diners. Despite making a reservation more than three weeks in advance, we were seated at tables with no space between them.
2. We experienced a long wait for our drinks, taking 25 minutes after the server came to us for the first time. We then waited an additional 35 minutes for our main dishes. Although it was a busy night, the restaurant was not packed, so the wait times felt excessive.
Aside from these two concerns, I truly enjoyed the restaurant and the food!

Locally sourced food (especially the fish which they apparently only buy whole fish). Very intentional menu with 5-7 mains and 7-10 appetizers.
We sat in the bar area. The bartender was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Suggested drinks off the menu based on our preferences and did a really nice job breaking down the menu items.
Parking was easy, would definitely go back.
20% service charge was included with the meal we tipped a little on top because the service was exceptional.
Vegetarian options: Limited to 1-3 dishes, but available.

My friend and I celebrated our birthdays by taking ourselves out to dinner. My friend made a reservation, but we ended up showing a 15 minutes early. The host told us to give them a couple minutes, so we figured we’d get a drink at the bar. We ended up waiting at the bar for about 20 minutes before we got a drink. Finally, it was several minutes past our reservation time, so I went up to the host - he took us to a table right then - a table that i noticed was available when we arrived.
Once seated, our waitress took forever checking on us - we went dry on water and drinks, and sat with empty plates for at least ten minutes. With a 20% required gratuity, I expect more than no water during my meal.
Excellent food. We weren’t a fan of the cornbread dessert though.
The service is why I’m giving three stars - for this quality of food that’s being served, we shouldn’t have had to wait the way we did.

Had a wonderful dinner! This place is perfect for nights when you want to enjoy a genuinely great meal! Our servers, Cisco and Sheena, were enthusiastic about what offerings were best for us. They cared for their tables. I was raised around restaurants like this, and in our area, it’s hard to find. What a pleasure it was to have outstanding oysters and steak paired with unique and fast cocktails.
Best of all, the crowd at the restaurant was unpretentious and had good vibes. It’s great when a restaurant attracts a good-hearted crowd. It’s certainly the mark of a great restaurant.
Thank you, especially to Cisco and Sheena, for taking a regular dinner and elevating it to an enjoyable, memorable evening. It’s nice to be treated well while having a great dinner.
