Pictures/Videos don’t do justice on how AMAZING this place is. We decided to try a new breakfast place. Dune’s, Yes it’s busy in the morning!(Especially Sunday morning when we went). But overall the servers are attentive and try to get the customers dining settled in expeditiously. Amazing food and Amazing Staff.

First time here, and I was delighted. The peach bellini love ❤️ ?. My server was fantastic overall 5 stars if I could then 10 stars I would have.

I have been to this place multiple times. Food was always good, but the last time I went, I ended up getting something they had off the daily special. Wasn't what I thought at all. Didn't like it. However, what caught my eye was the ceiling. Vents are completely covered with dust, a lot of water damage spots and whatever else. Just not sanitary, and I'm sure things are dropping from the ceiling onto guest plates. They need to address this! Kinda gross when at a place to eat and see this.

A highly popular and hyped-up place, very touristy. The coffee is mediocre, and the breakfasts are quite ordinary, but the number of people wanting to try them is off the charts.
The atmosphere is great, the crowd is diverse, and the service is like in all popular places - impersonal and indifferent.
Worth visiting once.

Delicious brunch, great service and reasonable prices. Only thing that held back the 5th star was the temperature. The restaurant got rather warm towards the end of our meal, however I didn't complain bc we were heading out soon after.

Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating to my gluten and dairy allergies.

Delightful. We wanted to sit outside, but it was pouring. It was crowded and noisy, but everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves.
It kinda changed the energy to what it used to be in the school cafeteria back in the day, and everyone chatting and friendly. Staff was on point, and the service was great.
I had flatbread with lobster and shrimp. My friend had a breakfast cheese omelet with fried potatoes

We waited over an hour and 20 minutes for breakfast and still no food.
The service sucks, the ac doesn’t work and the wait is ridiculous!!!!!

i come here often and have always loved it. i was there last week and was a bit grossed out to be honest. we sat at the seats along the wall with the glass above it and the glass was covered in flies. one of the workers went into the kitchen and when the door opened i saw fly catcher traps hanging in the kitchen and they were COVERED in flies. Flies lay eggs and i couldnt bring myself to eat my meal. i have never seen so many flies in one place let alone on traps

Clean, Friendly consistently good food. If you like sweet food their French Toast is a winner. If you prefer a vegetarian meal l love their Grilled Vegetable Melt Sandwich. Whatever your taste may be this restaurant has it. It's also worth mentioning the Iced Latte came out in a fancy tall glass and tasted like it was made with love. Most of all the service is so on point kind smiling faces. I can't wait to go back again.
