I went in for a coffee and a couple of wraps. I ordered ahead since I came during my lunch hour and had a couple errands to get through.
My coffee was waiting for me but unfortunately someone else grabbed my food and left already. Upon realizing what happened the staff was nice and offered to remake the food while I ran to Walmart nearby to get some things. When I came back the manager (I assume she was the manager) apologized for what happened and they had my food waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and well put together.
I sincerely thanked them, wishing them all a good day. Even though I had to wait, it was not their fault and they corrected the issue quickly and with a smile.
The store was clean and bright. There were a few people there waiting on orders and all of them were treated well by the staff, assuring customers their orders are coming soon and moving with intention to get through the small lunch rush.
Whoever owns this Dunkin, you got a great team here.

The tables are super dirty no one clean the tables! Make your employees clean the tables every hour at least the chairs too

Food tasted horrible. Like the bread was touched by chemicals on a surface. Inedible hash browns with odd taste! Small eat-in area, monopolized by customers staying for long times for wifi use. We had to eat in the car. Coffee was good. The new non-spill lids were excellent! Props to the staff for service and the bathrooms were very clean. Not going back anytime soon!

I was having a horrible day and to make it worse I was soaked from the rain. Thankfully, I was greeted by the nicest young ladies. Had a pleasant few minutes as I purchased some donuts for my son’s birthday.
