This was my favorite location when they first opened, they were super fast and efficient. I don’t know if management changed or what happened, but the last 3-4 times I have been there it has been painfully slow. I am waiting 10 minutes in a drive through line with only 3-4 cars in the line. They can’t seem to understand how mobile orders work. I will not be going to this location anymore.

Whoa baby! We need to talk about the fresh and delicious donuts. Best I’ve ever had. Better than other donut shoppes or franchises in the area. Amazing quality- even my purchase in the afternoon. You’ll see in the photo. Actually filled with cream. You MUST visit this location.
Beautiful and clean space. Excellent and fast customer service. The manager was professional, welcoming, and very appreciative of my business. Made me feel valued. Ample parking. Drive thru too. Thank you to the manager!

I recently went to Dunkin located at 8858 West Atlantic Ave and I had a very nice experience. I took a little time to place my order on the phone and while I was looking at what to order, the employee, Jared, approached my table and deliver my cappuccino and my Maple Frosted donut. Wow!!! that's outstanding customer service. I was very much surprised that he remembered what I usually order. Thank you so much JARED

I have been coming here since this location opened and I can tell a much better selection in staff, customer service, food and coffee preparation. They have a new chipotle egg wrap with hash brown in it and it’s soooo good! 😊🙌🏽

I have gone to this location too many times to count, usually there are pretty young employees that have been super friendly attitudes with good service. I’m not sure if there’s new staff but today I was serviced by Raquel per my recipient and had a horrible Expirience. She was very rushhhy after i had to wait patiently for my food, Which is not problem at all but her demeanor when asked things was like I was an inconvenience ?? Like zero customer friendly service .. I had to ask her to slow down a second and she gave me the dirtiest look. I come to this location VERY often I was suprised to have that type of engagement. Hopefully the staff improves.

this place is just crazy. I mean I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that it takes literally 15 minutes and there is no customers in the store. And this isn’t a one time experience it’s every time I come here and I work in the plaza so I was coming and trying to support this business, but this is just so ridiculous beyond ridiculous. I really hope you can change and have more of a customer service atmosphere because it would be much better for business.

I love this dunkin the food and service here is always great and the staff is always so friendly to me. It appears as though the management doesn’t treat the staff very nicely, I came in to get my regular cup of coffee and it seemed like a management meeting was going on. They looked at me with a rude look on their face as if I wasn’t welcomed there. The employees are amazing but the management should treat their workers better and provide a positive atmosphere for customers if they are hosting a meeting there!!
