They transferred the manager Polly over to this Dunkin and that was the best decision they’ve made! She is always smiling and training everyone with kindness and efficiency.

It's one of my favorite places! Always treat me like royalty! Both ladies named Kay makes sure my coffee is perfect. The Indian lady (idk her name) always a blessing. Happy Christian is back he is one of my originals. Great crew! I'm runnin' on Dunkin'!

I ordered a medium iced latte through the app. 2 minutes later I pull up at the drive thru window, the woman hands me a straw, then another woman comes up and says “we can’t make your coffee.” I ask her why and she tells me the espresso machine is broken. I ask if I can get a refund or a gift card for the amount I paid, and she says no “because I ordered on the mobile app.” She then says “I can make you a cold brew though.” I declined and asked if there was no other way to get my money back since they are not providing me with what I paid for. She again tells me no. I have no idea why they wouldn’t update the app to reflect they couldn’t make lattes, the app only stated they were out of certain syrups. At that point, I accepted the fact that I had just wasted $7 and drove away, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. From now on, I’ll be going to the Dunkin down the street on Military.

Blown away by Polly's customer service–she is such a sweetheart!! I ordered an item on the app but it had sold out when I came to pick up my order. Polly gave me so many treats to make up for what was unavailable, so much more than what I had paid for. I was speechless. Thank you, Polly! Very friendly & kind employees.

Let me tell you about this amazing place we call heaven.

Not only is the food and drinks always on point but the team members and even the managers go above and beyond for their customers.

My fiancé and I are pretty regular customers and it’s safe to say the staff knows us by name, it’s always a warm and inviting atmosphere and this is why I gave a 5 star due to the fact that we always feel welcomed and leave with our belly’s full.

Thank you Dunkin Donuts and all the staff!
