The donuts tasted off and the frosting looked super old. I’m pretty sure the donuts were from the previous day or older. I had to spit it out and throw them away. Coffee was ok.

This place is always understaffed... During the school year it's crazy - packed with kids. The line takes forever. I often see people wait for a bit and then leave. The last time I ordered a donut, it tasted horrible, almost as if it was laced with chemicals. Neither my son nor I ate it.

I stopped by to pick up my favorite dougnut at this location, and this is what I found. My boston creame doughnut smeared all over the inside of the bag. Will not be stopping by again. Poor quality, poor service.

Service was awful. The man taking my order was super quiet and missed details of my order. The lady who made my matcha didn't fill it to the top when I asked for light ice and argued with me even though I didn't say anything after recieving my drink. She talked about how she doesn't let anything at work bother her and when its time to go home its time to go home. Employees dont want to work here and are extremely rude.

This dunkin is really clean and the staff super friendly. Me and a coworker went for a quick bite we ordered some drinks they were having a happy hour. So we ended up with a free drink. The bathroom had a machine that automatically had a new seat cover placed between costumers. Next time i will be sure to snap some photos.
The manager treats the employees terribly. Orders are always incorrect.

I stopped in at about 6pm needing 60 gift cards for an employee event & the two Dunkin employees were super helpful & friendly plus they partnered to make the purchase process quick & easy. I was super impressed with these two young adults. Unrelated, I like the new store remodel, it looks very clean & well laid out.
