10/28 at 5:30pm shift the two guys were super great with customer service & patience, and my coffee was excellent!!! Usually the young crew mess up my coffee always at other locations, but this location gets it right every time!!!! Thank you to the two young men for your good energy and fabulous customer service and taking the time to make my medium butter pecan coffee two pumps of liquid sugar shot of espresso and cold foam with caramel drizzle lol 😂 it was perfect

This dunkin is amazing. The quality of food was excellent and it’s very well kept. The best part of my experience here was definitely the staff. Specifically Ismael… he definitely deserves a raise! He truly went above and beyond to make sure all the customers in the building were satisfied. He was timely, professional, and very personable. Me and my kids were very pleased by this dunkin and will definitely be making this my go to dunkin.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin locations. The service is so unorganized causing the food to be incorrect or even missing. The staff does not communicate with one another so they barely know what orders are being completed or not being completed. The staff is also rude if you ask them a question about missing/incorrect orders. This location used to be my go to (because it’s very close to me) but I would rather drive a few miles to another location where I know I will get better service and not a bad attitude when they make errors.

I have been wanting to make this review for months and finally getting to it.
I watched my Son get ignored by a young Caucasian lady staff member as l watched from my vehicle after happily taking his payment, about 6 people who came after him were served first and the young lady who took the order still wouldn’t even make his order, responds to him or acknowledge him.
It was another staff who was a young African American lady who came over to my son and asked him if his order had been made and proceeded to make my sons order. I can’t help but think race and age had something to do with it . I did come in later to ask why his service was poor and was given a typical apology which meant nothing, did not negate the bad service to a minor.
To think that a simple latte and one order of munchies will take half hour to be ready.
I would never come here to get anything to be honest.

I would like to say I walked in this morning I said Hello and the 2 employees on had no reaction. Then I am standing by the counter because I was going to place about 60.00 order but I was told we will be with you shortly we are busy. I looked around and there was no one in the store it was 5:35AM. One was cooking and the other one doing meaningless stuff that she could have stopped and helped the customer. So I proceeded to wait 10 minutes and the other one went in the back didn't come back out. So of course I left without nothing. I am a Manager myself and what an absolute disappointment. I feel bad for the owner because I am 1 customer I can't imagine how much money this owner is losing due to bad employees.
