Great customer service, I had an issue with my order through the app that was not their fault and the manager was kind enough to resolve the issue. Exceptional customer service and very much appreciated!

The individual who owns the jog Road Dunkin’ Donuts along with the one on Hagen Ranch Road doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. He doesn’t know know how to order a sufficient supply of donuts by 11 o’clock in the morning. They’re basically out of donuts. He is running the business on the cheap. The menu never changes, which is limited to the same stuff. The help does not understand due to language problems how to place your order. By Noon time, they’re ready to close because they’re out of donuts.

Messed up two coffees. One hot coffee and one iced coffee. On top of the attitude from the employees, they refused to make my hash browns I paid for. They kept saying I did not order it even though it is on my receipt, it has a charge for hash browns.Forget this place.

Been here a few times and I usually have to wait to be helped despite being the only person in there. Last time I stood there for three minutes and no one even looked at me. Both worked had headphones in.

Ordered a 12 pack of K cups and a bagel sandwich. They delivered the sandwich with NO COFFEE pods (which were $12.48). Called the store and the person who answered did not know what K cups were. He barely knew how to answer a phone. His name is Lee and he said it was his first day. Really should be his last day. After explaining what K cups are and him acknowledging seeing them on the order and then made no offer for concession. Called the manager, Sunny, and she was no help either. She was not at the store at the time of my call and couldn't care less that she had an incompetent employee at her store. Avoid this location at all costs.

Went Sunday, 7/2, at 9:15 AM. Ordered a cream doughnut and apple fritter. Both were on the borderline of being stale, clearly made hours ago. Selection was limited to 15 doughnuts, many bins near empty. Service was friendly. Will not return.
