Loud argumentative women who barley speaks English curses at me because they didn’t get my order right. I ask for whip cream because that’s what comes with a choca mocha latte she says no you have to pay .35 cents. I said I already paid for it so she wouldn’t put it on. I ask for a refund after taking a sip of the drink and it not being right and she wouldn’t give me a refund until I gave her the coffee that I had already drank from. Unsanitary, rude and disrespectful. There’s a young kid that works there with his sister they are always super nice but on other days there is this lady who barley speaks English and is the most disrespectful and argumentative person I’ve ever met. Just go to another Dunkin if you must.

Terrible location, terrible staff, rude and argumentative even if they get your order wrong. Its like they can't understand simple orders and they don't pay attention at all. Forget about any kind of customer service. If the staff does not like the job they should find another. Mangement needs to wake up. Food and coffee is sub-par. Go elsewhere.

Asked the lady for cinnamon said they didn’t have any I said okay no problem can I have any of the coffee toppings you guys have like sprinkles or anything. “No we don’t do that” LOL ok then

Stay away from this location. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in to order. I stood at the front to order for almost 10 minutes this morning with my husband. There was also another customer behind us. Not one worker came to take our order. We walked out , including the other customer. Awful.

This dunkin is the worst. You order online to save time and end up spending more time waiting for your online order. They never seem to have enough staff and the staff that’s there aren’t friendly and never seems to know what’s going on. For a dunkin that doesn’t even have a drive thru, there’s no excuse for such a poorly run store.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They don't have egg to make a croissant sausage egg and cheese. Also, the tables are dirty and the workers are cold along with the food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The employees here are incredibly rude. So inattentive. Five days ago I ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut. I picked it up and went on with my day. It was only after I left that I realized there was zero hazelnut. It was just coffee and cream. Today, I ordered the same drink and food and I went to pick up an order and it was incomplete. I told them there were things missing and they asked what. Shouldn’t you know since you got the order?? An iced coffee was missing and they pointed me to a hot coffee for someone else. No, that’s not mine. Also they said they had no hazelnut. So why didn’t you say anything? I’m willing to bet they didn’t have it before either and just made my drink without any concern for me. And then they just brushed off the other missing items and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them for not making my whole order. I’ll never comes to this Dunkin again. I’ll go out my way to go elsewhere.
