I placed my order online and prior to picking it up, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the young lady at the front if the restroom was available. Very rudely she states, “don’t you see a key in front of you?” I patiently said I do not see a key anywhere. Very rudely and impatient she tries to grab the key where she said it was, it wasn’t there. She starts scrambling trying to find it and said here try this. I told her she didn’t have to be rude. She then stated that I called her stupid. I never said that! I ended up just grabbing my food and leaving without using the restroom. I told a young man that was there but he didn’t really apologize or do anything about it. I come to Dunkin very often and I’ve never had to deal with someone so rude. It is such a shame. I’ll never go back there again.

The cashier, who's name on the receipt says "Marie", but she says her name is "Stephanie" is the worst possible person ever to work in a customer facing position. She's busy playing on her phone while trying to take your order. Doesn't greet you, say thank you, or provide any courteous response whatsoever.I'm not sure she's aware that there's a thing called a smile.If you decide to go to this location, look at all of the reviews besides this one. They are all the same.AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Parking: No drive through, but plenty of parking out front. If you're a lazy entitled Karen you can even park right in front of the store in the middle of the road.
