Out of all Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to this one has the worst customer service. When I walked in the workers were goofing around not doing their job and I wasn’t greeted either. And my mobile order always take so long to prepare. Highly disappointed will not be coming back

I go in the morning sometimes and the tall Caucasian guy who is always there at. 630am is exceptionally friendly great customer service he knows exactly what I want when I get there greats me with kindness kudos to him
Easily one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to since moving to Florida 10 years ago. This place is always clean, the staff is attentive and kind. This Dunkin' is setting the gold standard for places in our area, and there are a lot of store managers/owners who could learn a lot from the people who work here!

This location is deplorable, horrible customer service. My husband and I were treated poorly this morning at this location when questioning if I had three espresso shots in my coffee. I was told there were three in it. You tell me what you think.

So right now it is Saturday, March 22 and it is 2:54 PM I am at the Dunkin’ Donuts right now in the guy that is at the register is some white guy with long hair not really sure his nationality but as I’m trying to order a brown sugar shaken espresso I’m here telling him that I do not want the amount of oat milk that they normally put inside of the drink. I wanted a little bit less Instead of him just making the drink how I like it he sits here and argue with me. I never experienced this at any coffee shop before if a person does not want the drink how they normally make it in suggesting a different way they should just make it. What’s the sense of arguing with a customer then as I order a sausage wake up wrap, the sausage is old and rubbery. I went back in to tell them that I didn’t want it anymore instead of him just making me another one. He’s telling me I have to come back in the morning. I have to speak to a supervisor. The customer service is horrible at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible I will never ever ever come back here again. If you’re going to have people working inside of your store, you need to tell them or teach them. Customer service is the first thing if a customer does not like something just make it over or get the manager is no sense of sitting there in arguing. life is too short to have a messed up attitude or to be taking your frustrations out on someone that does not deserve it.
