I can honestly say this is probably the nicest D&D I’ve ever been to. Clean and Set up to look nice. I saw 2 tables of people having a business meeting & 2 others of kids working on their hm/wk. I made a mistake on my order & they guy fixed it without a fuss. The brisket breakfast was ok. The meat was a bit fatty & not enough of it.
Parking: Lots of stores and restaurants as well as a weirdly shaped parking lot made it difficult to find parking. They did have 2 10-minute spots!

Everything was good, but I think I saw small Flys in the dumplings area flying around inside the cage. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I still Eight the sweetness out of them

First off, all the employees were sitting down with their face in their phone, hidden from sight. Second, I attempted to place an order through door dash, to try one of their sandwiches, as I had never tried Dunkin food outside of donuts, but, they couldn't even do their jobs and prepare my sandwich. Had to request a refund and ended up spending less. Also, I paid for a frozen Dunkalatte but they gave me iced coffee instead. Never buying from here again! Very unprofessional. Then Dunkin wonders why people don't buy their food products- well it's blatantly obvious that the employees are too lazy to do their job!!!

Because of Mathew who trying so heard to help people he is a heard worker Somes times he makes mistakes on orders but he fixes it and alawys apologize try,s harder to Mathew thank you for your service from Leslie thanks for my frozen Carmel daily coffie and I think for those bad reviews about Matt that is rong he tries a nd cares we all mess up show forgiveness and move on hate rong I am sorry my orders got messed up to but in kindness I worked it out and forgave love trumps hate amen some of the others are not nice and rude and mess up my orders and need to check them selves at the door but I f forgive you you don't know respect people ill pray for you amen

Parking: Parking spots available. But it was Sunday so nobody out yet. I think when it gets busy it might be a bit of wait. Parking lot some by the facilities was not layed out in a “flow” pattern. Has nothing to do with Dunkin but just my observance.
