The Indian lady there is insufferable, she gave my mobile order away to another person and refused to make it because āthereās nothing she can doā however after about 10 minutes of arguing she finally decided to re-make my order. She accused me of theft by saying that I set the whole thing up. She however did not make my drinks properly due to being frustrated and in a rush. Lady, check the phone orderās before releasing the food and this wouldnāt be a problem, there was no reason to make this my problem either. The whole thing was a 25 minute ordeal just so I could receive my 40$ of food I ordered.

By far the best Dunkin in south Florida. These guys have been on it. Very friendly and they even gave me a free donut one day! They're awesome

I saw a lot of one star reviews for this place however that was not my experience. The staff were working vigilantly especially with the long drive thru line. Our orders were done correctly so I have no complaints. I would definitely come back again. The place was also very neat.

Honestly much nicer Dunkinā Donuts than most around. They actually have customer service and get orders right every time. I use to go to the one on the corner of US1 and Gulfstream and now drive out of my way to come here. Thanks yall!
The cashier or manager Rabeya was very rude to us. When the transaction was done, she threw the receipt on the counter and walked off. I had my hand out and everything. I was very disappointed and asked for a refund. I shouldn't have went there just by looking at the bad reviews. But sometimes the staff change and I just wanted to try it out anyway. It was my first time visiting this location but definitely the last. Treating others better makes the world go around

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was so disappointed. Before my visit I looked at the online menu for a few of these locations near my home. Out of the huge online variety. all was offered at 2 different locations was a selection of 5 types of donuts...no jelly, no lemon, no Boston. the list goes on and on. I was left a choice of glazed chocolate glaze, 2 types of glazed with sprinkles. You would think it would be a better selection given it Saturday apparently no one prepares for success around here and cannot calculate the amount of people they're serving on the weekend. From now on it's better if you go to Walmart and get a box of donuts at least they have a better selection than what was offered. Also donuts quality was horrible and tasted like they were in the case for weeks. Will not be visiting Dunkin anytime soon. Expected more especially on a weekend!!!

I go to the store at 6:00 a.m. and I want to use the bathroom because I work all night. The sign on the door says that the lobby is open at 5:00 a.m. I tried to open the door it's locked. I talked to The woman inside and she said she can't open the door because she's alone, never mind that two other people that are there working with her. These people are lazy, they're horrible, and they don't care at all.
This place will constantly lose to Starbucks and other places like it. Go there, never go here again
