Dunkin'

I hate leaving negative reviews, but today’s experience was unacceptable.

When we arrived, the employee Deanna made us wait about 20 minutes before even acknowledging us. Mind you, we’re in a hospital visiting a family member after a traumatic experience. When she finally walked over, she said with an attitude “Can I help you?” in a tone that felt more like “Why are you here?” than a greeting. When I calmly mentioned yes and added that we had been waiting a while, she became hostile and aggressive, folded her arms, leaned back, and said she would not serve us. When her coworker noticed her behavior, he asked was everything alright, she shouted “I’m not servin’ em!” She then clocked out.

Her attitude was hostile enough that we contacted security, who thankfully helped up navigate the situation. After that, her coworker AJ stepped in and provided excellent customer service professional, patient, and kind. He’s the only reason we were able to get our aunt, who had been up all night at the hospital with our injured family member, was able to get a cup of coffee.

Management should seriously address Deanna’s behavior, because no customer should be treated this way. Especially in a hospital where you have no clue what they’re going thru. I hope this helps improve the experience for future visitors.

The Lady this morning is very rude and argumentative, she have Zero skills of customer she mean and unfriendly. I had online 8:59 A.M I went downstairs 9:01 A.M said ma’am can you please give me hot coffee instead the cold coffee she said she had to charge for it, When I told her she can substitute the coffee a cold to hot she stated she doesn’t want to argue with after I waited 15minute for my order I still charge for hot coffee ( It was the 6 dollars meal). She is disgusting rude service was poor, I’m vey unhappy with treatment I had received on top of money

You guys gotta update the time,it’s not 24 hours for everyone,it’s inside the Bethesda hospital so it’s 24 hours for them,it let me place an order and when I went to pick it up of course every entrance is closed,now I’m out 25 dollars,do not order here if it’s at night.

Vivian and Pierre are always so kind and efficient here at Bethesda Hospital where I get my daily coffee! It’s so great having Dunkin in the main lobby of our hospital with your employees always having smiles on their faces.

Excellent service, located in Bethesda hospital East lobby!!! Rudolph, Rere, and Bri were VERY good and provided great customer service. All of the customers waiting along with us were commenting on how professional, accommodating and friendly they were. I travel a lot and stop at DDs throughtout the country. They were by far, some of the best employees I've encountered. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

One of the best customer service experience around at any coffee shop. Truly feel they care about your satisfaction. Very welcoming staff. Food was hot and delicious.

The avocado mixture used is too sour...Everything else is good.This location does not serve Bavarian Cream donuts which happens to be my favorite.

So delicious food

Had to go to the Hospital for some treatment and found of all things a DD shop inside. How neat. Fresh donuts and an OJ made my morning not as stressful so I could realax for a while. A very nice friendly staff,fast service,two fresh donuts did the trick. A nice place for you to stop if you are in the area so you can realax and perhaps brink your friend or family member a donut if it is allowed.. Check first>
