I had nothing but 5.96 on my account went in order me two n munkins left my balance at a 0.36. The cashier said transaction didn’t go through got the shift manager on shift and she’s kinda language impaired because she didn’t even look she just simply told to call the bank. Which I did my bank informed me to that it went through I just need to wait for transaction to settle to file a claim which I did claim got denied went over to Dunkin’ Donuts trying to speak to a store manger and got turned away. They got 5.96 of my money. I want my food or reimburse me my money please!!!!!

Imagine going to Dunkin’ Donuts and having a couple dollars and you hungry and to only walk out of Dunkin’ Donuts and tears because the cashier didn’t know what they were doing. (mind you, I showed the cashier that supposed to be the manager on shift. My bank statement of claimed denied transaction went through.)They charged your card and told you to call the bank for a reimbursement. The bank denied your claim and to walk back to Dunkin’ Donuts to ask them if you can just get the $5.96 worth of food because Your paycheck hasn’t came in you in a journey away again and no management has spoken to proper management has reached out to me and I’m still waiting on my $5.96 worth of food and I’m doing the proper steps to get my $5.96 worth of food or my money back

I don’t normally write any reviews but believe the lowest ones , I went there at 8/11/24 at 12:30 and had the rudest experience basically the guy threw ketchup at me when I ask for some , ik customer service is harbor if you hate your job that much just quit ,

I agree with the original previous comment, sandwich’s were over toasted, and this fat lady is very rude, do not want to help, this location should be closed or these workers should be fired
Came to pick up an order and the woman was so rude. "Wait a minute!" Is NOT the appropriate answer when someone asks for an order. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I didn't get her name, but she should have to be retrained on how to deal with customers. I could even excuse it if I was being rude but I just asked if that was my order. So sad.

The girls here are so rude!!!! I came in 7/2 at 9:30 am and the twin girls never even acknowledged me I had to yell and ask if someone was at the front even though the girl was standing behind the counter ignoring everyone. The service was trash. They never gave me a bag for my food, didn’t look me in the eyes when they gave the food. Why work here if you’re going to show your distaste for working there? Need new service

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Dunkin' Donuts location on congress suite 100 recently and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by ordering a simple coffee.Not only was the customer service terrible, but the product was also subpar. The donuts were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. The coffee was watered down and tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for hours.Overall, I would not recommend Dunkin' Donuts to anyone looking for a good coffee and donut experience. The combination of bad customer service, rude employees, and terrible product make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. Save your money and go somewhere else for your caffeine fix.
