I ordered an Avocado Veg Out Sandwhich through delivery, and was disappointed to find rotten vegetables (cucumber and lettuce) and the red onion missing.

Eric Fletcher is an outstanding General Manager who truly sets the standard for excellence. You can tell he leads by example the store runs smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly, and the overall customer experience is top tier.
Every time I visit, everything is fresh, accurate, and fast, even during busy hours. Eric clearly cares about both his team and his customers, and it shows in how well the location operates. Strong leadership like his is rare and makes a huge difference.
Highly recommend stopping by you’ll see the quality and service for yourself.

This is my go-to bagel shop! I can order ahead using the Einstein app and my order is ready when I arrive. The manager Eric and staff are friendly and always make sure my order is correct. I highly recommend this Boynton location if you are looking for a great local bagel shop!

Place burns the heck out of your bagels everytime. I knew prior to ordering my door dash order that they burn there bagels so I tried calling to ask for lightly toasted because they don’t have that option on door dash. I called 10 times and nobody answered. And then my bagel showed up looking like this. Barley edible. How could you cook a bagel like this and send it to a customer? It’s BLACK
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today was unacceptable. I placed an order through Uber Eats from this location and called shortly after to request my bagel lightly toasted and to add a side of cream cheese — something I usually do since the app doesn’t allow those options.
A woman named “Shirley” (not sure if this is her real name) answered the phone and was shockingly rude. Not only did she refuse to accommodate the request, but she spoke to me with an incredibly nasty and condescending tone, as if I was a burden for politely asking. I even offered to pay for the cream cheese separately, but was abruptly told “nope” without any attempt to help or offer a solution.
It wasn’t just the refusal — it was the way I was spoken to. I’ve worked in customer service and understand policy, but there’s never an excuse to talk down to a customer like that. Shirley’s attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
If this is how customers are treated for asking a simple question, I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future. I hope management takes notes and finds a new team member to take phone calls because she has no business speaking to customers.
