Came in 45 mins before closing yesterday and the workers were not happy that we were there and received no greeting. Tried the new thanksgiving sub and it had one paper thin layer of turkey in the sandwich. 2- 12in subs was $33. Used to like firehouse, but the service and serving size is not worth it anymore. I’ll stick with Publix or Wawa.

Firehouse in my opinion is terrible now. The workers at this location were friendly and efficient however now the food, well the meat mainly is not what it used to be. I used to eat here everyday for lunch and on weekends and got the NY Steamer now the last two times I ordered this mess it was filled with slightly cold meat and what’s even worse skin and fat and bad pieces every single time I bit into the sandwich I got a fat nasty piece of meat I couldn’t even chew through..yes this happed twice so I gave it another shot but what’s funny is in the past ordering this same sandwich I was able to eat the whole thing with hardly any bad pieces. Won’t be trying again for a third time and will start eating elsewhere.

We love Firehouse Subs. This is our local store. Disappointed that they don't have limes out to make their famous cherry limeades. Also out of something common my wife wanted. So you lose a star for not keeping your specialty items stocked.

I ordered a hook and ladder to be picked up at 1:30. When I got there my sandwich wasn't made yet. When I placed my order online. I said that didn't want cheese,tomatoes, onions, or mayo on it. When I got home there was tomatoes, onions and mayo on it. I didn't eat the sub. I gave it to my wife. So the people who work there can't read. Everytime that I place an order online it is never ready when I go to pick it up. I am never going back there ever again.

I went in today to get a sub and an employee of Firehouse Subs was sitting at a table eating cereal. She was watching a soap opera and had the volume fully turned up. It was probably the most obnoxious thing I’ve seen in any restaurant / fast food place in my life. The audio from her show filled the whole place and I had to ask her to turn it down and she just looked at me, didn’t reply and then turned it down. It was louder than my tv at home by far…couldn’t believe it.

Ordered the veggie sandwich with no mayo. Got a sandwich with double mayo and nothing else besides lettuce. I’m allergic to eggs. Very disappointing to get home and not be able to eat.

Dietary restrictions: Veggie sub comes only with mayo and no mustard or vinaigrette as it states on the menu. Not veggie safe.
