First Watch

First time going there and was very disappointed... not only was the food Expensive but after paying $13.99 for 1 Belgium Waffle they had the nerve to charge extra for MAPLE Syrup....That's the height of insanity.

The staff at FW @ Boynton Beach was absolutely AMAZING!! ? The team work with service as ALL the servers provided our table service in some capacity. ? The food was not only delicious and perfectly prepared but, quickly served. We may not have even waited 15 minutes for our food on a busy Sunday. ? The manager was personally opening doors for the guests. ? Even the busing staff was cleaning tables before the guests got out of the door!! ? It has been a long time since I have seen such amazing, all-around teamwork in a restaurant. ✅ This is one staff that truly sets the standards!! ?????Thank you for a great customer experience @ First Watch in Boynton Beach.

Service was excellent. Food was dry and not much flavor. Bacon was dry and burnt, potatoes were boring no favor tasted like they cut them and put them on the plate and they were cold.

I am so upset! I love First Watch, but today, I went to the located on Boynton Beach Blvd., where there was almost a 35 mins. wait, so I called the other location on Congress Ave., and spoke to someone (I always get names but this time, of course, I didn't), and I asked the person who answered the phone,"how long is the wait?",and they replied, "there is no wait time." It took me about 12 mins. to get there, and there was a wait, over 30 mins. and told the person who was taking down names that I was told there was no wait time (I wasn't expecting to skip the line, just wanted to let them know), and the person practically sneered at me, and said, in a nasty tone, "well, they lied to you.There's a wait. Are you staying or going?!"Never have I been addressed like that at a First Watch restaurant. I was already disappointed and hangry, so I just left, peacefully...lol. But they definitely lost a customer at this location!

Other than the very mid food ( Waffle House and Cracker Barrel is 10 times better)the waitress completely forgot about us. We had to ask another server to print our check, never found the server so we had to pay in cash so we can leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

We were seated right away. The chairs however strong and supportive but pretty hard. The coffee was ok, the selection good. I got the farmhouse skillet it was good but soon that changed the taste of old oil ruined the potatoes. The eggs were done well and the bread superb. Overall the experience was pleasant. The bill was about 40 for two. Hope this helps.
