Jasainya is one of the best servers we’ve had at First Watch in Boynton Beach. Our server was absolutely wonderful—nice, kind, friendly, and completely on point the entire time. Attentive without being overbearing and made the experience even better. Food was amazing! Highly recommend!

Used to be pur go to for breakfast but the last few times have been anything but positive. Food is not consistent and service as well. Food has come out not hot many times, bacon is often on the undercooked side and the eggs vary on who is cooking that day. Service has also taken a down turn unfortunately, as we really used to love this location.

This was our 1st time at this locations. I was pleased to be greeted with opened doors by the associates. Staff were at the booth waiting and ready. We were quickly seat and an associate was to us in minutes to grab our drank request. Great food and service.

First Watch Boynton Beach is amazing - the food quality, flavor and the cleanliness was impressive.

Even more amazing was Jenn’s service. She is the friendliest, kindest and most attentive person ever. Totally spoiled us.

First time at this location. We walk into the restaurant. Sit me outside 10 minutes go by. We asked for waitress or waiters to come by The waiter who was walking around us to other tables acknowledges he is our server to take our order. Service was poor. Not one person came outside and asked if we wanted water or coffee or anything they would have just left us there had
we not spoken up. Unfortunately, during my recent visit to the Boynton Beach location (Boynton Beach Blvd), I was left disappointed.
It took a while for a hostess to seat us and over ten minutes for anyone to check on us or take our order, which is concerning for any restaurant, especially during brunch or lunch hours.

The food was actually really good, but the service was awful. We sat there for a good 15 minutes before I finally asked a waiter passing by if he knew where our server was — turns out, he was our server. No greeting, no drink order, nothing until I said something. It definitely put a damper on the meal. Disappointing, because the food had potential, but the service ruined the experience.
