I haven’t been to a five guys in so long, they guy who took my order was really nice. When i got my food they put so much fries in the bag? i had no idea they did that but i love their fries so im glad they did that. The fries were also fresh!! Food was excellent im definitely going back there

Ordered 2 burgers and both of them were made wrong. First one was cheeseburger with grilled onions and ketchup. They did it with mushrooms and grilled onions. Second one was a hamburger with grilled onions and mushroom. They did a cheeseburger with grilled onions. There was no effort in making my meal. I looked at my receipt and it was correct but obviously people don't know how to follow directions. Terrible service!

Ate there yesterday and super disappointed. The bun was super soggy, like it was dipped in water. Burgers had no char, undercooked. For almost $10, it really is not worth it.

Want there with my grandson due to 30% of purchase going to his school. Didn't mind the long wait but 5 employees chatting, joking, laughing away over the food during preparation burgers. No masks. I don't think I want a burger with a side of spit. No thanks.
