I consider myself a Jewish deli aficionado. But frankly this ain't it. Everything is ok. But ok doesn't cut it when we're talking bagels and pastrami sandwiches. There's a 30 min wait typically so that says something. But the pastrami and corned beef are so lean and unsalted I didnt want to even finish half a sandwich. I get it - its for the crowd they get. I waited online for over an hour for a bakery item. I understood that it was before the holiday. However , my ticket number was
B 82 and all of a sudden the clerk was taking number C50. He went back to 50 and didn’t understand that the tickets with a C needed to be taken after all the B tickets were called. He said the letter didn’t matter. The clerks need to be trained better

I just stopped by to buy a challah. They really do make a great challah! I just wish that their behind the counter staff demonstrated a bit more enthusiasm about serving their customers. They are curt, uninvolved and, seemingly all too uninterested.
