They have a great worker behind the counter, he dealt w a very long line of people, and a karen that ordered a whole bunch of things and wanted them all at the same time. The worker is by himself, he's not 5 people and anyone else would understand that. He did it efficiently and pretty quickly. Very good smoothies too.

I purchased a small mango cup and the mango was not ripe. It was white instead of orange and hard and sour! The person at the counter would not let me exchange it for something else so I just wasted my money. Very poor quality and customer service.

Delightful. Was a bit weirded out that the mango was a tad unripe but then as i ate more, i understood why. Absolutely enjoyed the tajin mango cup many of times before as well. Should have wrote a review a while back. The drinks are nice too, but easy to finish fast.

Nasty people so cheap would not even give a plastic spoon. Would never spend my hard-working money on trashy people with attitude. Sarku Japan had no problem helping out a 2 year old who dropped her spoon on the floor that was eating ice cream right in front of the fresh mangos stand that was completely empty. Damn sure not looking for nothing free. It's called human kindness.
Slow service, had to wait 10 minutes while they chopped a single mango.
