Pathetic! The woman was clueless. First muffin arrived cold. Then she burnt the replacement (literally) beyond being able to be eaten. No idea how to make a cappuccino. Very little interest in assisting us. Another woman took over who was even worse. Said she did not know how to steam milk! Unbelievable. In 40 years of going to cafes this has to be the worst experience yet. Many better options. Really, this place is a total zero. Owner needs to be involved here or the ship will sink!

Hours of operation were not the same as on the site. It was very difficult to find. The coffee was bland it tasted like a cup of water. I was looking forward to going here but was very disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. Started coming here because a friend told me about it a couple months ago and have come here almost everyday since!! Phenomenal food, outstanding service, and an all around great place to hangout.

There website says they are open Saturday until 2pm. They are not we arrived at 12:30 .Closed with no sign on door with hours.

Very good spot. I had the Cuban there and it was fantastic. Trying the club next. Work directly behind here and will be my new go to. Very reasonable priced and delicious food. Can't beat it. Young lady was fantastic also. Great job.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I found this place very "meh". The iced coffee tasted watery and slightly weird. I also needed to use their bathroom and it just wasn't very clean. There are better options.

Excellent food and the staff is superb. They made me feel right at home and cooked me a delicious fresh breakfast while my car was being repaired nearby. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Wonderful find for us! I had a great Cuban sandwich and the cappuccino was perfect. Laid back diverse crowd. Nice space.

I went to Higher Ground today because it was near where I was already running an errand. I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese, one chai latte, and one caramel macchiato. I was the only customer and I waited thirty minutes, from 12:15 to 12:45pm, for the items to be prepared. In the meantime, I attempted to use the bathroom, which an employee unlocked for me. The toilet was clogged with fecal water overflowing. I did not use the bathroom and informed the one person working that it was 'out of order.' My large iced chai latte was prepared using one small bag of Tazo brand chai. Needless to say, it was borderline flavorless when poured over ice with soy milk. It pains me to give this poor review. I am enthusiastic about supporting small and local businesses. The shop was overall (aside from the bathroom) very clean, sparsely decorated with new-looking furniture (tables, chairs, countertop, couch). The a/c was either not in use or not working, as the air inside was hot and stuffy. I would not voluntarily eat inside or stay to do work there. The bagels and macchiato were fine.
