This post is in reply to the false one posted by josh silk who came to see the facility in order to expand his business but as of the date of his visit did not yet have a DPBR license or ServeSafe certification and is no position to evaluate a licensed facility that had been inspected many times in the past 3 years by both the DPBR and Department of Agriculture resulting in approvals each time.

I was looking to expand my meal preparation business out of a very small commercial kitchen into a larger commercial kitchen I searched the internet and found this place they made it sound like a very big kitchen when I got there there was absolutely no space available for another tenant yet they wanted premium dollar they wanted the nickel-and-dime for small shelf space there was food all over the floor it was very dirty nothing is organized the was not proper labels there was dirty rags on the floor look like the place and not been clean properly in many many months stay away from this kitchen

Very dirty commissary kitchen these people are trying to rent out this kitchen for a top dollar premium no space to grow better options out there than this mess yuck food on floor no labels on bottles rags on floor nasty kitchen
