Worse IHOP around! They are understaffed on there busiest days they never have the staff! Food is cold when you receive it. The staff seem as if they don’t want to work. They need to change management and get this place under control its always an issue from the staff down to the food!

The most uncomfortable place of all Ihope cafes that I visit. Unfriendly service. The waiters are sloppy in dirty T-shirts. Dear Manager! Teach your waiters how to serve food on plates to guests! The waiter's fingers shouldn't be on my plate! It does not matter absolutely what rank your cafe is- the service should always be five stars!

I feel at home. the ihop employees welcomed me in immediately (UNLIKE THE ONE IN BOCA) I was greeted with empathy, and seated in these comfy leather (I think). Anyways, I give this ihop a 5 star review because I waited an hour+ in boca. Thank you ihop in boynton or something for making my ihop experience delightful.

Went there for breakfast. No one seating folks. Place was packed with folks wanting to sit for breakfast, could only see a couple of tables that were occupied, the rest of the tables were available for dining. After waiting around over 20 minutes,a waitress came along and yelled out that they were not able to seat anyone for at least 20 - 25 minutes. Gave up in disgust and went elsewhere.
