I love Jeremiah’s, but Fridays experience was incredibly disappointing. The employees working that night were shockingly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was being rushed and barely acknowledged (there was a door dasher there that’s it..)… so it’s not because they were busy. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with sighs and eye rolls.

I asked for one sample of an ice I’ve never had and she rolled her eyes and was told “so what do you want?”. I am hard of hearing and need to look at lips in order to understand. I asked her to repeat what she said and her tone was so rude.

Customer service is a huge part of any experience, and sadly, Jeremiah’s fell short that evening. I’ve always enjoyed their ices and gelati but with service like this, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. Boca is the better location anyways.

We live down the street and have never made it in. We absolutely loved the ice cream combination treats. It was a swirl of soft serve and icee, strawberry shortcake. Delicious. Our boys were having a blast with the connect game and the music. Such a colorful and friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We love this place and visit weekly as a family treat. Most of the staff are friendly, and the ice cream is always great. However, we’ve had repeated unpleasant interactions with one particular employee. There’s a Spanish woman who is consistently rude to us. She has thrown my receipt away before asking me on multiple occasions, and once even had to retrieve it from the trash when I requested it. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior detracts from our experience and could deter us from coming back.

Awesome place!! had the peanut butter cup layered medium size. Also try their pumpkin pie Italian ices taste just like pumpkin pie!!!! The service was awesome. The guy behind the counter felt like a friend rather than a worker.

Friendly staff and great flavors

The place over all was amazing the service was quick I ordered the brownie batter ala and I went to the bathroom for 2 minutes and they were done.There were extra and spoons.The Atmosphere was good it was quiet a single file line over all it was amazing

Boca location is better maintained.
This location- No gloves when handling food items that will be consumed (i.e, cones). The freezer has residue on the exterior...no thanks
