Really enjoy this establishment usually. Staff is friendly place is clean - everything is always great. Tonight tried the pastrami, as they sent out a coupon today. Absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever had, was 80 to 90% fat. Very disappointed, just won't get this one again. The rest of their sandwiches are awesome!

I always get the veggie sub , it’s awesome the service is amazing. Never been to a place where the workers are smiling and not rushing or worried about who’s behind you . The one on Congress and Boynton across from the mall or the one on Woolbright are both great!!!

The wrap was 80% wrap, 18% lettuce and tomato and 2% meat. ? The meat was barely there and sliced so thin it was beyond pathetic. I won't order from there again! I used to order from here all the time but the past few times it was basically a lettuce and tomato wrap. I am done ordering from this place.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. As a regular customer for the past two years, I have generally enjoyed my visits. However, this recent encounter has left me quite dissatisfied.

When I placed my order, the young lady at the counter made an error, which I believe was mainly due to her being too engaged in a conversation with other team members. Although an attempt was made to correct the mistake, the order was still incorrect. I requested a remake, and while the shift manager agreed to it, he responded with an attitude and made under-the-breath comments, which I found unprofessional.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I am usually very patient, especially considering my own experience in retail and customer service roles. Despite the initial error, I still left a tip. However, the manager's demeanor and the implication that the mistake was my fault were unacceptable. His actions, including unwrapping the sandwich and touching it to check if it was incorrect, were inappropriate.

Ultimately, I decided to ask for a refund due to the manager's behavior and his apparent need to have the last word. Additionally, the atmosphere was quite uncomfortable because of the extremely loud music. This is not something I have encountered during my many previous visits.

This experience has left a negative impression of your establishment. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will take my business to another location. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.
