Rude staff, okay food, long wait. Nothing special here just keep moving. The food is over priced and publix would be faster then this venue.
Surpisingly slow location most of the time, probably due to its odd location and entrance from the street. But They seem to deliver every time. Love the food here.
The lady who was working here last night was level 10.5 (she beat level 10) rude. So rude that even the coworkers around her walked away and didn't make eye contact. I know good help is hard to find but I'd lock my doors before I had someone that rude represent my company. I kept my mouth shut and just stood in awkward silence when she literally threw my sub on the counter. Literally. Threw. It.Love the sandwiches. Service needs help.
First time ever going to Jimmy John's having to wait almost 20 minutes for two subs. There was no apology or courtesy. Very disappointed today
Been coming here to pick up my sandwiches for years. Sandwiches are always very fresh, customer service is always pleasant. Just wish they would get it together with the #15 tuna though (my personal experience for years, but probably other sandwiches as well). PROVOLONE CHEESE ALWAYS COMES WITH IT UNLESS THE ORDER SPECIFICALLY SAYS NO CHEESE. Every time we check our sandwiches - 75% of the time - no cheese, and they have to either put it into the sandwich or make a new one. Super annoying. Like #15 comes with cheese. Unless we say no cheese put the cheese in there! Today again no cheese so I feel like I needed to write this review because for people that get their sandwiches delivered and can’t come into the store it must be a real disappointment to receive no cheese in your sandwiches when you never asked them to remove it.
I ordered the spicy Italian night club and it was amazing. I also couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was and how friendly the staff is. I highly recommend this location!
Best Jimmy Johns location by far! Food is always fresh and delicious. They live up to freakishly fast every order. The owner Paul is such a great guy. He really cares about his store and bringing the best experience possibly to each customer. Thanks for the food and excellent customer service!
Order from this specific Jimmy John’s all the time. Paul the owner is great with people and he is there working at the store most times I go by. I’ve spoken to him multiple times when placing orders also and everything has been perfect and fast with pickups and delivery
Order from this location to my work all the time. Always quicker than my other food deliveries. The owner Paul goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy.
Great location! Staff is super friendly and the delivery is so fast. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!

This Jimmy John's location is great! We order from here all the time, subs are delicious and the delivery is super fast.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Ordered online, received my order incorrect. Called and waited on hold for more than 10 minutes only to be told they needed to collect the incorrect sandwich in order to give me what I originally ordered. Paid for the $3 delivery fee and tipped the driver $5. The onsite manager spoke to her "higher ups" and was told they can either replace the sandwich and pick up the incorrect one but cannot do both. I specifically asked for a refund of the delivery fee and tip which was declined. I asked if they could do anything else but advise no that as all. Beware of the extremely poor customer service from the manager and owner of this location. Order from another location!!!!
Placed an order on 04-19-22, this order was delivered to the wrong address. The residence that it was delivered to wasn't even remotely close to my address. So they took my money and I have yet to be able to get a refund, going on almost 2 weeks and no one can do anything to help. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I order from this Jimmy John's all the time. Often, they're a little slow, and I'm usually alright with that -- I get it, companies aren't paying great wages and people can't survive on minimum wage so there's a "labor shortage" as they might call it. I also understand that there's less staff on a Monday than maybe on busier days. Today, they took over an hour to deliver a single sandwich, but that's not the reason I'm writing this review. I completely understand when places are busy and need some extra time and patience... But when I called to ask about the status of my order, the first person I spoke to stopped responding to me without an explanation and didn't respond for over a minute. No explanation of where they were going, no "can you hang on a minute" or anything like that... So, I called back. When I called back I was connected with the owner, who did make sure to explain to me a second time that the restaurant was very busy. I understand (although, I feel like we all expect quick service from JJ's and that's the whole part of their appeal) but I asked to have my tip refunded. I also asked for an explanation as to why I was left with silence from the other person I called, at which point the owner raised his voice at me. I had to end the conversation there, as I am not interested in having someone raise their voice (when I am very calmly addressing them) over a sandwich. I actually asked him once not to speak to me in the tone he was speaking to me in, and he continued to do so. Which, is really jarring and upsetting when you're just calling about a sandwich you literally paid for.The review has two stars because the sandwiches are always great. I'm leaving this review more in hopes that it will be seen as constructive criticism. I deal with an anxiety disorder, and experiences like this lead me (and I'm sure others) to be cautious on returning to certain businesses. Which is a huge bummer, because I love ordering JJ sandwiches when I get to work from home. I hope that despite busy days and frustrations, this location can improve their conversations with customers waiting over an hour for their food. Also, hilariously enough, when I got the sandwich, it wasn't even made right.Editing to add: I'm not interested in engaging in any "he said she said" moments with the owner, nor am I interested in arguing. But please pay attention to the way the owner addresses me in his reply considering the tone of my review. Never once did I insult him or his restaurant, and yet he decided to do so in saying that places are "tired of dealing with people like me." Also, unclear as to where I said anyone at JJ's was making minimum wage -- I was discussing the "labor shortage" that often comes up in conversation in moments like this. I'm not surprised though to see that the response resort to personal attacks. I recall very clearly asking the owner to change his tone with me not once but twice. And apologies for not feeling like being yelled at, but when someone raises their tone with me, I end the conversation. We are dealing with facts, my account is accurate, and I'm not interested in letting an angry owner gaslight me out of an unpleasant experience. These were the facts of my experience today and I wanted to share them. Thank you for your time for anyone that read.
Ordered for delivery to a brewery 2.5 miles away. Delivery took 45 minutes, had to call twice to find out what was going on. Subs were soggy and not fresh. On final call 40 minutes after order and right before delivery requested fresh subs be made and sent over and was told no it would take over an hour to do that. Not worth the $25 for two subs.
