I was extremely disappointed with my last visit to this office. Dr. Brooke Van Kirk is awesome however they’ve recently hired a woman who obviously doesn’t have any background in pt plus she doesn’t speak a word of English which is frustrating because not only does she not know what she’s doing (absolutely 0 knowledge) (not exaggerating) but she doesn’t understand. The massage she gave me a 10 year old could of done better. Plus the pt staff only speaks in Spanish, which I don’t have a problem with spanish However when patient who don’t speak spanish are present it’s terribly rude and unprofessional.
