For the price point, the overall experience didn’t match. The interior could use a refresh to feel more inviting and justify premium pricing. At $15, I’d rather go to places like Tropical Smoothie or Smoothie King, which offer better value.
Suggestions: • Refresh the shop’s aesthetic to elevate the experience • Smoothies should not be more than $10, even at that size, to drive foot traffic—especially from nearby gym customers
With some improvements, this could be a stronger post-workout option.

I absolutely love JuiceBerry! I've been here several times and have tried a variety of the juices & food options, & I'm always, always satisfied. The wraps are my favorite though. I have a hard time finding places with dairy free options, & this one has so, so many. The food is always on point, & the ladies servicing are lovely. Although I miss the green, the black paint job does feel a bit calmer. My one and only complaint, & really not even is that I wish it was a weee bit cheaper. I highly recommend JuiceBerry to everyone!

Juice Berry has unfortunately had a change of staff that I think most regulars had come to love but happy to say it is still a wonderful and unique place for very nutritious drinks and food which tastes great and with a large variety available. The new staff is also very nice so make a change from the usual and give JuiceBerry a try.

I came for lunch today around noon with a friend and unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. The young woman at the front never acknowledged us when we arrived, nor did she check on us at any point during our meal. Instead, she made a noticeable effort to approach another guest with a laptop to see if he needed anything, but completely ignored our table. When I asked a simple question about serving sizes / portions, her response gave the impression that my question was an inconvenience or annoyance. Throughout the interaction, I remained kind and respectful.
It’s likely my last visit here. The cleanliness was also concerning. For example, the ceiling appeared dirty with what looked like heavy dust buildup.

This place is sooooo good the tastiest food you can get. And the it service is absolutely stellar. Katia is the coolest and literally the best hostess I’ve ever had. Everyone should check out this place fr the workers are nice and the food is bomb what else would anyone want.

The protein shake was good. I didn’t get a headache or feel tired but it was just too pricey for a protein shake. Around $13 for a 16oz. I also got the falafel wrap. A lot of money again for a wrap with just two falafel balls. Very dry too. It’s more like an $8 or $9 wrap not $16. Also, I got an extremely bad headache immediately following eating the wrap and I still have it hours later. I have a feeling the falafel are previously frozen balls. I should have asked. Another reason why it shouldn’t be $16

Incredible takeout! This place screams health food!!!! Has a delicious chicken Caesar wrap with rice. It's different than all the other viral nonsense you see on internet. One half had atleast an entire breast inside. Itssssss fantastic. Will be back when I'm in this neighborhood. Yummy

Why wouldn't you disclose that you charge 4% for using credit/debit card before the transaction has been made already? I had to calculate it myself to figure out why it doesnt add up.
