Staff is rude and treats delivery orders as trash. Prioritizes eat-in orders and ignores delivery drivers. Staff is also unknowledgeable to NOT know how much longer an order will take. Waited 40+ minutes for a single to-go order - unacceptable, even if they had to make fresh ingredients.

You’re better off walking in than making an online order, you’ll get out faster that way. Not only did we wait an astronomical amount of time for “Just a salad” they ended up giving me the wrong order I understand they’re busy but at the same time you have only 1 person doing online orders and the rest taking walk ins, defeating the purpose of making an order ahead of time.

i stopped by Just Salad today and was really impressed by the service. Michelle who took my order went above and beyond. she greeted me with a smile, helped me decide what to get, and just had such a positive, genuine attitude. it’s small moments like that that make a big difference. thank you for your kindness and great service!!

Sarah was very personable and helpful with the many toppings options. I got a “build your own.” I’m a vegetarian and don’t usually have so many options. The tofu was a very nice texture (which is also hard to find).
