I haven't been at Kiki's for a while and quite frankly.I think their price Structure is a little high i.e. charging for cream cheese with the bagel... Also, my main issue is they should have waiters or servers with clean fingernails. It's a BIG turn off.

OptimusSILVER Review’s and gameplay
Went last Thursday with my mom, and grandma. Jaimie was our server. She was very nice and gave great suggestions. My mom got the stuffed French toast with raspberries & pecans! She was so excited Jaimie made the suggestion bc she loved it. I got the 3 pancake with extra chocolate chips, and they were so soft like a cloud, and soooo buttery. My grandma got the western omelette and she really enjoyed it too. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee to something stronger. Other than that Jaimie was wonderful, and patient. I am legally blind so I always take a long time to be able to read the menus as I have to take a picture and zoom on my phone. I also want to add that this is one of the few restaurants that have the clearance for me to be able to walk through with my walking stick without difficulty. The restroom was also very spacious, and easy to find. Can’t express how wonderful it was to be treated so kindly. Thank you very much. All your staff must have been trained properly on how to take care of those with disabilities. The host walked slow enough for me to follow her, and every time a server past they always asked if we wanted more coffee or soda. 2 thumbs up, and if I could give more stars I would.-ZackWheelchair accessibility: I am legally blind and I use a walking stick, all aisles were more than 36 inches. Men’s restroom stall is also wheelchair accessible, and very spacious. There is a seating area with both booth and chairs so that those with wheelchairs can be sat, and the tables can be moved around too

Huge portions of food. Food is delicious. Great for families and can share plates. Amazing options to choose from. Reasonable prices. The Florida pancakes were a sight to see.

On our drive to Ocala, we didn’t want any service station food!So we found keke’s!What a find.This place is great!I’m a breakfast person so this was heavenly!We pulled up and was busy! But we was seated within ten minutes.Young lady very friendly who called our name and seated us,Now for our server. What a great helpful young man. Falcon (what a great name) helped and my wife choose exactly what we felt for!Falcon was so patient and helpful, he spent time with us and was so polite.He made us feel so welcome.What a great guy, BIG thanks falcon.We shall be back and hopefully see you again.French toast and pancakes are aaaaamazing!Thanks keke’s

The service was horrendous.It took us two hours to get food I had to get up and ask the waiter to get me another cup of coffee after an hour of sitting there.The food was good but really not worth the headache of the service. My son and his wife came all the way from Tennessee.To Revisit that restaurant and they were disappointed.

I'm hoping it might have just been one of those days or maybe our server was new. Only half the order came out to our table of six and took a bit more time to get the rest over to the table. The food was really cold. The manager did come out and apologize and gave us two sandwiches plus a 10% discount. I'm really hoping this was just a bad day. I don't see the option to select what we ordered below, We had three chicken paninis, pancakes, cheeseburger and an omelet. They were all cold.

Very friendly staff, food was amazing, would overall come back. My one suggestion, if I could have it my way would be for them to have fresh squeezed orange juice. This would make it a 10/10 for me. The waiting for a table in a Sunday morning was about 20 mins, but they have a great large outdoors waiting area so it wasn’t too bad.
Waiter was awful. Customer service is piss poor tbh. Probably the worst I ever experienced. CST service was so bad I didn’t even get the waiters name lol. Told him “damn brother I haven’t see you in forever” his response was “I know man it’s been busy I wish I could have stopped by more” lmaooo never heard that tbh. Then he brought the check but I wanted to order more so he played himself ??♂️. Good luck young man hope you learn to provide better cst service to all individuals.
