Francesca I believe the manager said her name. She smiles and greeted me with enthusiasm as I went at an odd time. Food was hot and delicious. I did the Popeyes and kfc challenge the past 2 days and everything from food to service to cleanliness goes to the team at Boynton Beach East KFC. Thanks for filling my tummy.

So this is probably the absolute worst experience I've had ordering through a drive thru. The workers barely speak English so they don't understand anything you're saying or even their own menu items. Asked to wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. It's pouring rain, sat and waited around the corner (weird request but ok). Waited so long I had to call the restaurant to see what was actually happening with my food. Will never return.

Made an online order for 6:15pm pick up. Got there and waited till almost 6:50pm for our order. Got to our destination and realized that they forgot the nuggets in my order. We intentionally upgraded our order to include the nuggets for our children. The staff was more worried about drive through orders then any other costumers. We are very disappointed in the service and lack of customer service.
Very clean, staff even said hello when we walked in.

Ordered a famous bowl and was given 5 pieces of chicken. I miss when the combo was $5, brought DOUBLE the chicken, and even came with a cookie. Seems like KFC is downgrading instead of upgrading… but still raising their prices..?
Nonetheless, the drive through attendant was well-spoken and proper. Location was clean on the exterior.
