Went through the drive-thru at 7:08PM and the young girl that took my order was super patient, professional & sweet and I didn’t get her name but she has glasses and she’s African American. Lately I feel all fast food places are always rude and rushing and young kids with attitudes and today I was really happy with the customer service! Will for sure return!

Worst customer service in along time, absolutely the worst personalities, attention to detail.Forgetting sauces in the drive thru and then getting an attitude when I go inside to retrieve the sauces that they forgot to give me!

Went here to pick up a DoorDash order. There was one guy ahead of me. I had a seat, the guy ahead of me received his order after 10 minutes. I then enquire about my order, she says it’s cooking. I go sit back down. After about 10/15 minutes I ask again, they say it’s cooking. Finally after another seven minutes, I ask in a loud voice about my order, then me and the manager go back and forth about how long it’s taking. She refuse to give me her name. Finally after another 5 minutes or so they finally give me the chicken strips. I was a Denny’s cook for 20 years and I know chicken strips don’t take 35 minutes to prepare.
