My family and friends come here quite often. Won’t happen again. From the second we walked in the waitresses were very rude. They kept messing up our orders and we didn’t say anything. The manager of this establishment asked us (African American family) if we’ve ever been in a restaurant and touched my family member. I work for a multibillion dollar company that thrives off of customer service. This establishment does not implement that whatsoever. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We always have a good time at Kimura. This time, we had family in town and our hibachi chef was excellent (wish we would have gotten his name). Anyway, another great meal and show.

overall, the food was fair. One item we ordered called a spicy tuna salad was good. The rest of our food was just fair, but we are foodies that eat out often thus not a pushover to impress. We will return for the spicy tuna salad.

Food is delicious, chefs put on a good show for kids and adults alike. Waitresses seem stressed, rushed to get you in and out. Found coupon on website of restaurant offering 5 % discount, but restaurant would not accept, saying they don't accept anymore even though still on their website. ?♀️

They had a buy one get one free special on the uber eats app if you order through the app. I ordered through the app but they ended up cancelling my order 15 mins later. I’m assuming they didn’t want to honor the deal.
this place is great and the atmosphere is amazing. But what really caught my eye negatively was the amount of food they give us an extra amount which makes us get a box to take home. The cooker didn’t talk much like some of the others do. But they do great performances for birthdays.Parking: Lots

Scrubbing the grill before my meal is over is pretty gross. We were a party of 7 so the tip was automatic and the service was awful. The chef was nice and helpful. He was the best part of the Neal. Food was good but the rest of it detracted from the while experience.

Our birthday dinner experience was overall enjoyable, although there were some areas for improvement. The service seemed overwhelmed, and the food distribution could have been smoother. The place was busy and it was pretty clean. While the chef's cooking lacked a bit of flavor, the sauces helped compensate. The soup was delightful, but the salad appeared pre-made and lacked freshness. Despite the chef's attempts to get our rice, it took multiple requests and another server's assistance, resulting in a delay that affected our meal. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to order dessert and were promptly presented with the check. This place is still better than Benihanas and Saito's.
