Yes the food is amazing. Better than Pollo Tropical by far. They have a condiment bar to add flavor and spice also, the sauces are off the chain. Love this place.

This place was delicious! Staff was friendly and the place was very clean! We tried the ½ Chicken Special- with white rice, beans, & sweet plantains. As well as, Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Beef) -with yellow rice, and substituted the fries for sweet plantains. Food was served hot and the flavor in every bite was great. There’s complimentary sauces on the table and toppings off on a separate table. Also, they have signs instructing to leave your plates on the table. I’ve never seen that anywhere. They come and pick up after! Will come again next time I’m in town!

I ordered through Uber Eats and in spite of requesting a specific item, they delivered the Wrong Product. I called the Manager and Basically was told they could not do anything to solve their blatant mistake, not even to offer a store credit to be used in my next order. The Difference between Ordinary and Extraordinary is the little extra and Customer Orientation. Disappointed to the maximum. Pollo Tropical here I go !!!!!

I ordered the shrimp rice combo for lunch at La Granja and was pleased with the overall flavor. The shrimp were well-cooked and paired nicely with the seasoned rice, offering a satisfying taste true to the restaurant’s Latin-inspired roots. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the seasoning was on point.
That said, the portion size was underwhelming for the price. For a combo meal, the quantity felt limited and didn’t fully meet expectations, especially for a midday meal.
La Granja excels in flavor and quality, but improving portion sizes would significantly enhance the value of their offerings.
If I could give zero starts I would this is the worst location. I literally found BUGSSSS in my food. I called then telling them I don’t want to make you guys look bad on the internet but I would love to let you guys know that I found bugs in my food. Every time I speak with someone they tell me one sec they kept giving the phone to 4 different people and the MANAGER was literally the meanest person you could talk to to. The way he spoke with me was soooo unprofessional and very disrespectful. I didn’t call them to get my money back or anything I just wanted to know so they can be careful for other orders but instead they started being very disrespectful especially the manger it’s 1:00pm on August 30,2024 so the owner knows who was working that day and time. They are very disrespectful I will never be going there ever again after finding a roach in my food. This is insane and what’s even more insane is him having the audacity to disrespect me and my daughter on the phone all because we was telling him to be careful. I will be filing a report to cooperate. Here’s some pictures stoped eating and threw the food away right when we saw the food.

I was served old food today...once my order was placed. Seafood rice 21$ The cook walked from around back to the front and picked up a white container (togotray). I noticed he kept watching me but it didn't done on me that he would dump the contents from the container into the pot that was cooking my rice... on my way to work I started eating and realized it was hard not fresh but old. I am hugely affected by this. That is nasty, to say the least, that you would dump old food from an old container to keep from throwing it out because someone never picked up their order.
