Outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was truly exceptional. There was a small miss with our order, but it was handled immediately, professionally, and without hesitation. Not only was it corrected right away, they went above and beyond by adding something extra, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer experience. This is how hospitality should be done. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Food is fine. I only do takeout. But would like to know why going through the drive thru takes SO long?? It takes an inordinate amount of time. In fact, I’m currently waiting in the drive thru, which is what inspired me to leave this review. It’s been about 20-25 min now. Pretty sure it would have been faster to just walk in and order. But I always see a backup here. It doesn’t make any sense. It’s insane to take this long.

Yes the food is amazing. Better than Pollo Tropical by far. They have a condiment bar to add flavor and spice also, the sauces are off the chain. Love this place.

Place was dirty, tables full of left behind plates, about 10 employees in the back just chit chatting. The girl who takes orders was rude. Absolutely the worst granja I have ever been to.
This place was delicious! Staff was friendly and the place was very clean! We tried the ½ Chicken Special- with white rice, beans, & sweet plantains. As well as, Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Beef) -with yellow rice, and substituted the fries for sweet plantains. Food was served hot and the flavor in every bite was great. There’s complimentary sauces on the table and toppings off on a separate table. Also, they have signs instructing to leave your plates on the table. I’ve never seen that anywhere. They come and pick up after! Will come again next time I’m in town!

I ordered through Uber Eats and in spite of requesting a specific item, they delivered the Wrong Product. I called the Manager and Basically was told they could not do anything to solve their blatant mistake, not even to offer a store credit to be used in my next order. The Difference between Ordinary and Extraordinary is the little extra and Customer Orientation. Disappointed to the maximum. Pollo Tropical here I go !!!!!

I ordered the shrimp rice combo for lunch at La Granja and was pleased with the overall flavor. The shrimp were well-cooked and paired nicely with the seasoned rice, offering a satisfying taste true to the restaurant’s Latin-inspired roots. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the seasoning was on point.
That said, the portion size was underwhelming for the price. For a combo meal, the quantity felt limited and didn’t fully meet expectations, especially for a midday meal.
La Granja excels in flavor and quality, but improving portion sizes would significantly enhance the value of their offerings.
