We had a 60th birthday dinner of 24 people for my mom at Margo’s kitchen. Linda and her staff were great. She gave me plenty of time to decorate. The food was delicious.

This establishment is relatively new. The owner seems to be very nice and personable. The bathroom is clean, as is the restaurant. Unfortunately the food misses the mark. On our first visit to MK's we ordered the whole snapper, the snapper lacked seasoning and was dry, the takeout presentation was scattered, meaning it was minuscule portions and appeared to seem old. We wanted to give Margo's Kitchen another try, so we went back months later and ordered the Bouillon and Lalo and it was awful. The Lalo was under seasoned, burnt, tasted burnt, soaked in a lot of oil that didn't seem fresh - the plating was slopped together. The Sauce-Pois was extremely bland had no taste or substance, and again the presentation was horrible. The Bouillon was salty. This entire meal cost me $49.50. For this restaurant to survive many changes need to be made. A consistent menu, creative specials, and a more talented chef (especially when it comes to making Lalo!!!) would be a good start.

My husband and I stopped at Margo's kitchen while driving to PSL....I was very impressed with food presentation and service provided. We LOVED the accra, and enjoyed the griot and tasso kabrit, overall, they exceeded my expectations. Lastly, resto and bathroom are very CLEAN, and the owner is very friendly and sweet. Great job!

I rate the food a 4/5 as it had authentic Haitian flavors. I ordered on doordash so my low rating is based on the portion and presentation of the food. I am okay with the cost however for a $15+ plate it was a very small amount, also most Haitian restaurants add salad and/or peppers. It truly looked like they made no attempt on a good presentation. This was very disappointing as I was looking for a new Haitian spot near me.

I love this new restaurant in palm beach county. Margo’s kitchen has added a new taste a flavor . Compared to surrounding options this is the best. Here is legume with crab and pork in sauce white rice.
