Always missing something, finally decided after the third time to at least get credited back. Followed the instructions for the Mobil order, called the restaurant, receipt in hand. They “couldn’t find the order” 10 min on the phone and I gave up. Keep the 7 bucks but triple check your bags because they cannot seem to put the food you paid for in there.

Was just harassed by homeless man, screaming at me for food. It was at 1799 Congress Avenue. Management nor employees did anything about it. Was so scared. I will never go to McDonalds again!!

This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting charging $8 for a delivery fee for every third party my wife was just there at 3:45 said their system was completely down but checking third party system was on and when I called the store I was told I'm just out of luck and it's my fault not to be there sooner.

This is the absolute BEST McDonalds. I go out of my way to come to this McDonalds. They never disappoint. Their food is always FRESH every single time. I’ve been coming here for a year now and I’ve never had an issue with my order.

This location is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name. First of all, the staff act like it’s an inconvenience if you ask them a question - and you’re out of luck if THEY mess up your order. The attached photo is what I found when I opened my burger. One patty looks like it’s been chewed for me and the other is burnt to a crisp. I never would have let something like this leave my kitchen. Waste of money. Also this was their SECOND try after messing up the order.

Website in app says they're open It allowed me to place an order and it took the money off my card when I went to the store it was all closed even though their website says it is open. Not 24 hours like they claim. Corporate should look into this.

This is not fast food. Made the mistake twice to try curbside. You will wait 20+ minutes. Even for an order of a single item. The app will eventually say your food was brought to you. You will then have to go inside and try to get an employee who doesn't care at all to listen and bring you the food that's been sitting there for 10 minutes.
Just go across the street to bone fish or chilli's. A sit down place will be faster than whatever this is. It'll taste better, and won't cost much more.
