At 3:58am Roodeline told me breakfast starts in 2 minutes. I get out of line wait and drive back up she then proceeds to tell me the system is shut down and will take 15 minutes then says no breakfast till 30 minutes very nasty attitude did not want to give me her name I come to this McDonalds everyday why give me the run around instead of a forward answer.

Been sitting at the 2nd pickup window for 15 mins now……crickets. Not sure what’s going on. Wait we just got food, not ours. They are Completely confused. Still waiting. No one knows anything….some lady just handed us our food….”is this yours?” Nope! Two people just came to our car…” what did you order?!?” Complete chaos. Told us to move to a parking spot .

I ordered from the app, it said redeem free fries with any purchase. I purchased two medium drinks and a cheeseburger. The drive thru asked was I Lewis I said yes, he’s says second window. Now they don’t want to give me my free fries, they tell me third window, again I try to explain to the manager, she basically calls me a lier. I tell her to refund my money. Then she gives me the fries after I’m all upset, tell me next time tell the guy at drive thru entrance, I say no fix your app. She had me so upset because if you’re a manager then you should know free food can be redeemed in the app. They suck!!!

Dont know if it was cause it looked like upper management was there, but it was a very pleasant experience. There was a guy taking everyone's trash in the dining room and orders came through pretty fast. Good for a McDonald's. Would return.

Employees are just young and inexperienced so they dont really care about doing a good job and providing a good experience for the costumers. Most of them are just too busy playing and joking around and on their phones.

PLEASE LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS REQUEST.. train your team to read and comprehend.

Numerous occasions I ask for salted fries (as u might guess it ; it’s because fries are NEVER salted. Not even ever so slightly )….. so I figured I’ll ask for extra salt…. NOPE. In fact no salt at all on the fries.

If I’m paying money for something and you guys are allowing accommodations, please do just that and accommodate !!

It’s not rocket science. It’s very much so annoying and frustrating.

This continues to remind me y I don’t do fast food to begin with. Yet alone this MCDS
