I was in the Drive-thru, I ordered a cheeseburger no pickles. They gave me the cheeseburger with no meet no onions. Went back on Drive-thru asking for the manager she never showed up, the person that was handling the food said another for get help I have to park my car or to come inside. I told her I don’t have the time to come either inside or parked my car, she started screaming at me and to the manager face if it was for her she would never give me the cheeseburger back and throw the cheeseburger with the bag at me. The employee was so rude and the manager. Very poor service I will never step a foot in this McDonald’s anymore, they need to trained their employees better. The incident happened on the 12/09/2024 at 9 pm

I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this location. I asked for a plain cheeseburger (no ketchup, no extras) three separate times, and they still managed to mess it up by putting ketchup on it. How hard is it to get a simple order right?
To make matters worse, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, which is ridiculous for fast food. By the time I got my order, it was wrong, cold, and disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expect when I come to McDonald's. This location needs to step up its customer service and attention to detail.
Would not recommend unless you have the patience of a saint and don't mind your order being incorrect.

I don't understand how these people are so incompetent.. they must know people going to work and do their best with their service... 15 minutes in a line that not too busy is unprofessional…. And when I get frustrated cause I’m getting later those unprofessional incompetent workers was more frustrated then I’m …. And give me a wrong order after all that waiting …. Please

This is my Second time coming to this McDonald's for breakfast. The first time they Demand you place you order on the kiosk, very rude. Just left the second after placing my order on the kiosk. Nobody is there to greet or tell you they will be right there, without ever coming. This place needs to be remanaged just awlful.
