This is my favorite location for a coffee pick-me-up. The woman who takes my order at the drive-thru who has now memorized my coffee order and greets me with the biggest smile makes my day. Customer service these days are lacking especially with the young kids and she restores it. Thank you.

The staff here are usually great. The general manager during the day doesn’t know how to listen to customers and let them speak. He would not let me fully explain what the problem was. He assumed I didn’t understand how the kiosk worked and how to use the points system. I used to work at McDonald’s. He kept saying that depending on what I got the deal might not work. I understood that, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was I couldn’t find my deal because I thought it went through on the initial order that I canceled. At that point I did not care about the deal and just ordered My food. I went to check after the interaction and it was there. All I wanted to know was if I could still use it and if he had just let me explain that then I wouldn’t have been so dissatisfied. I work in customer service, he was being unprofessional. I think there’s two managers, this one was I think the Hispanic one ( sorry, only way I can physically describe him )

Every single time I stop at this location there’s a problem. The only reason I still go is because it’s convenient after my son finishes practice. They never get my code from the app correct always a different excuse. Half the time they forget the apples in the happy meal, the other half the time there is no toy. Today they wouldn’t offer my code and there was no toy. Double whammy. The employees need a lesson in customer service because it’s never a pleasant experience. Corporate do better and school this location please.

Zeus was awful. His service was terrible, incredibly rude. He should not be in the service industry. Threw a fit about the soda being off and wanting to change it, completely forgot extra sauce we paid for. He was terrible and we will never be back here again.

All customers had to order via kiosk. Workers refused to help customers by taking orders at register. One lady had cash and they made her order via kiosk and said they would come collect cash. I ordered via kiosk for inside. I entered my table number for order to be delivered to my table. My order was called and left at pickup/uber eats pickup. I reviewed my order and needed extra condiments. I tried to get attention of workers and was told to hold on. Only 1 worker was tending to customers in front while some workers were resting on counter or working in the back with food. Some customers came inside because their drive thru orders were incorrect. The workers had attitudes about the mix up and act like the customers were causing an inconvenience. A couple ordered via kiosk with the help of a customer instead of worker. This same couple ordered for here and had their order delivered to their table. I’m very disappointed in my service and experience at this location.

I came to this place a week ago and the manager name “Trevor” was so disrespectful to me. And everytime I come he’s always yelling and cursing and plays very loud rap music. It’s disturbing for me and other customers. He also walked passed me and smelt like “weed”. I cannot believe a manager smoking or smelling like drugs at the store. This is UNACCEPTABLE and if something is not done about this I will take this further.
