I visited around 10:30 AM and asked if they still had a breakfast item available. Shockingly, the person taking my order, who was a manager, rudely responded with, ‘No, you should’ve woken up earlier.’ When I asked her to repeat what she said, she ignored my question and moved on with my order. The customer service was poor, and it’s even more disappointing that this behavior came from a manager. Very unprofessional and rude experience.

Went here at 12:30 cause says open til 1am. Sat at the drive thru for a good 5 mins for them to tell me they are closed. But yet they got a sign that says open til 1am??? Employees here everytime I come to this location have no drive manager will just cuss you out and ignore you. Read the reviews on yelp and here and see this is just a normal thing at this location. McDonald’s need to tighten up and stop hiring these bums who don’t wanna work…

The window staff rushed you to order and doesn’t get the order correct. The service window where you recieve food isn’t respectful didn’t give a drink carrier for more than two drinks and then left and didn’t ask if I needed anything else and I ordered two of the same drinks and had to pay again even though I already paid for the two drinks. People who are working there are disrespectful and they will rush out even if your order is wrong. I used to work at McDonalds and that was never an issue nor was there disrespect. We worked as a team and a unit and respected every customer. Very Disappointed in Mc Donald’s right now.
