I don't ever leave reviews. We have two McDonald's near our house every now and then we are forced to stop here. This one consistently has untrained employees that are rude and unfriendly. I'm not sure who the franchisee is it dislocation but they really need to do a better job.

I don’t believe it’s by coincidence that 2 of the worst McDonalds in Boynton Beach are both on Boynton Beach Blvd, military and Jog rd. When you’re ordering your food it’s like you’re speaking a foreign language and your order always gets messed up. It never fails. On top of that, how are you going to be mad because I’m dissatisfied with you messing up my order. Worst service ever.

Stopped by on Thanksgiving day for a quick bite from a trip. The Filet o fish sandwich had a weird size of cheese inside. The fries were hard. Not coming back; shared my experience with family and local friends.

Worst McDonalds ever! Food burnt, items missing, shake machine always broken, rude employees that yell at customers (not me) - really the absolute worst McDonalds in the nation. So sad.

You will be hard pressed to find a place that has slower service inside. Employees will ignore you if you aren’t in the drive thru — stood here for 20 actual minutes after ordering in the app ahead of my arrival. My order sat on their counter the whole time. Only after being ignored and asking again was I handed my bag with my food now cold.

I used the app to get the 5.49 meal I gave the code to the person, the app said got it. At the end he asked for the code again now it's a different number I gave that number to him and again app said got it. I was looking at the receipt and it said almost $10. I asked the manager why did I pay so much for a $5.49 meal with a burrito she said because it's 7.29. I told her I gave him the code for $5.49 he said it was only for points. I informed her it's almost $2 difference she asked how. I stated it's $1.80 plus tax, so you don't pay for tax. I then said forget it I will contact the owner or corporate and drove away.. when I was able to eat the hash brown was under cooked, egg McMuffin was half opened in the bag, and the burrito looked like a piece of dog poop and was hard. Terrible food with terrible customer service.
