Ginamarie in the office has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my move and truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. She genuinely cares and treats residents like people, not just numbers. One meaningful thing she did was make sure the lids I accidentally left behind in my old apartment were retrieved and placed right at my new doorstep — which meant a lot. It’s rare to find someone who is that thoughtful and attentive. Gina is such an asset to this community, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.

It was wonderful working with Gina Demestre! Gina was kind and friendly from the moment I walked in to take a tour, she listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect unit. Gina was very responsive the whole way through the application process, answering any questions I had. She truly made the whole experience a great one! I highly recommend working with Gina!

The leasing experience was such a warm reassuring experience. This is my first time moving out and Rfraun was super helpful. She is so sweet and reassuring, making sure i checked everything out as well as helping me with the move in process. Attentive to all my questions. It was such an amazing experience. I will highly recommend others to come visit this community.

Absolutely amazing experience with the leasing agent Rfraun Jones. If you are looking for a smooth experience of getting an apartment, and want to get an apartment quickly, Rfraun Jones is the best. The apartment complex itself looks very good both inside and outside. We were shown all of the amenities during the tour, and we were able to get answers to all of our questions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Indian Hills Apartments.

Rfraun Jones was an amazing Leasing consultant from start to finish! She helped us through the entire process step by step and always responded to us in a timely manner. We toured many communities and her amazing customer service is what put Indian Hills above all other communities we have looked at!

So I moved in a few months ago, and I’ve had many issues since the move.

The first issue I had was our dryer was not working. We were promised new working appliances and got used ones. Cool whatever right, I submitted multiple maintenance requests to get it fixed because it was never drying anything, the clothes would still be super damp after 3-4 runs. Maintenance showed up 3-4 times until they finally cleaned out the dryer and it was clogged with lint from the previous tenants..

Another issue I had, the window in the spare bedroom had a huge leak in the frame. It was a Friday and I called the office to have someone fix the leak and they told me since it was storming they can’t have anyone come in to fix it. So I’ve got a huge puddle in my spare bedroom that I’m cleaning up with towels. After calling and asking for someone to come and just fix the leak in the room itself with maybe caulk or something, I got told no and they would come Monday since it’s not considered an “emergency”. Okay, I went to Home Depot and bought some caulk myself and fixed the leak. Whatever.

The ac was leaking, that was cool and they came and fixed it right away so that was nice I guess?

We are getting ants and bugs crawling in too from outside and within the walls. Theres also a huge open hole under my sink which I should have seen myself but there was a huge issue with letting me tour the apartment prior to me moving in so maybe I should’ve seen this coming.

So now currently I’m having an issue where my neighbors love smoking weed inside and outside of their apartments, and for some reason the smell is getting into my apartment, specifically the bedroom. Great, I who does not smoke weed, love the smell of that trash in my apartment constantly throughout the day. The smell is strong too, it gets worse when the AC shuts off, So now I’m worried about my cat and getting a contact high. Don’t even get me started when I step outside, how the heck does that stuff linger so much?
I’d love to be able to go outside and spend time on my screened in porch but some people just don’t have the decency to keep that trash to themselves.

When we shower or take baths, we don’t. Rust comes out of the tub/faucet because none of these things were fixed or replaced before I moved in :). Found it out when I filled the tub up and found a bunch of bit sand pieces floating around.

Oh yeah parking is a pain, I people watch a lot, and I notice a lot of nearby units have multiple cars. So if you’re not parked by 7 or 8 good luck you’re parking some where else. For some reason no one here also knows how to park, beware of door dingers. Everyone parks at an angle or just plain right in front of your car. Weirdos. Theres trees over most of the parking spots so your cars will get dirty, during a storm one fell over, didn’t hit anyone I think but it was dangerous close to a car.

Other than my issues I’ve gotten since moving in a few months ago I mean rents cheap I guess so that’s cool. Screened in porch was cool, Roman bath tub is cool. I also cannot hear my neighbors through the walls which is cool.

I can’t wait to move out

Ginamarie has been a delight to work with! She took me on the tour when I was looking for a place to stay and was able to answer my questions. She was off when I moved in but reached out when she got back to see how things were going and so far I am loving my apartment. Overall the staff has been nice and accommodating especially during the day of move in since I got here 20 minutes before the office opened.

This place was truly a nightmare. I had an on going ant issue since April 18th - so bad that we couldnt use our kitchen counters for the 6 months we lived here. Ultimately we terminated our lease because management and the property. They have come by to “caulk” the cabinets.. they caulked over ant bait and dead ants so now my counters have ants stuck to them. Ants poured out of every crack and crevice. Landscapers come apparently but I’ve never had a clean sidewalk to walk on here.. literally always covered in broken tree branches and trash. I’ve told the office multiple times the ant issue is obviously structural and all they would do is send pest control every Monday which never helped the situation at all. They poured out of the outlets, the ceiling, etc. The outside area has trash and glass everywhere. The dump is disgusting and always overflowing. The pond is full of trash and dead ducks. I called the office multiple times about the dead ducks on property and they would leave the ducks there to rot for weeks until they just decomposed naturally leaving the whole area smelling horrid. When my AC quit working we were told they only had one working portable AC unit so we were given the broken one to use - which we had to rig and put back together with 2 rolls of tape that we purchased (because the maintenance man said he didn’t have any) just to get some kind of airflow into our home. Our tub that had just gotten done started peeling within the week we moved here. They made us leave our home for a full day so they could repair it and it started peeling AGAIN by the next day or two. We were forced out of our apartment with no where to go, they said we could sit in their clubhouse with my reactive dog and no privacy, no full bathroom, no kitchen for a minimum of 6 hours so they could have this fixed by a third party they held a warranty with or we were told we would possibly be charged for the tub damage. They refused to compensate us in anyway even though us leaving our apartment helped them since they had the warranty. Crystal is very responsive but will give you the run around and nothing will be fixed or handled properly and im sure her response will try to invalidate every issue we had.. Crystal also reached out to me a few times before we left because she hadn’t heard from me about the ants and honestly going back and forth weekly with her since April about the same issue is exhausting and a waste of my time we decided to just end the lease a early and leave. So glad we found a bigger, nicer place for the same price and never have to deal with this place or people again.
