I was trying to get a delivery order for pizza and called Rudis Pizza Restaurant. I spoke with someone who sounded like an owner or cook. I was looking for a shrimp and garlic pizza and the gentleman was very accommodating! After agreeing to my request I found out that delivery was only handled by an app called Slice. Long story short, I finally got my order and it was worth the wait!! The shrimp and garlic pizza was delicious as was the salad and rolls! I appreciate the effort of the company to make a customer happy!! Would definitely recommend!!

I just called in an order. I picked it up a small pepperoni tang sausage and mushroom. I’ve been eating there for seven years. My pizza was raw. I called him to complain and the gril said OK I’m sorry thank you and hung up on me. I think that’s very rude. She didn’t even offer me anything. by the way, I love their pizza. It’s my favorite, but she was just downright rude and didn’t even care.

Everything was delicious... My daughter and I shared a white Sicilian pizza and a salad. My son had chicken francese with pasta fagioli soup... highly recommend everything.
customer service was bad when i was there the workers was harassing girls for no reason and was cussing them out for no reason they reheat they pizza up and there always flys in the store

We love this restaurant. The pizza is excellent and as close to NY style pizza as I've come across. Prices are very reasonable. We've done catering events from here as well and food is delicious and abundant. Rudi is very easy to work with on these larger catering orders.
