NYPD IV Pizzeria & Restaurant

UPDATE: This used to be my favorite place for pizza. So sad to see the negative reports lately. I have not been there in a while but a friend told me that the older gent is no longer running the place and it's quality has dropped off.

My favorite little local pizzeria. Just like I remember in New Jersey. Delicious regular and specialty pizzas, entrees, desserts like cannoli and zeppole, and the coffee machine freshly grinds the beans for each cup. Everyone is really friendly and treats you like family. Update 6/20/23: The best NY-style pizza. Great specials posted at door.

My delivery driver, Christopher was amazing. My pizza got there so quick I had time to order again for dinner. Would recommend.

I haven't been to nypd in a while, someone told me it got bad, but I always order there so I didn't think much of it, got my order head home I open the pizza box the quality of the pizza sucks, it is definitely declining the rolls feel like not cooked well, the girl at the counter a sweetheart but the food not worth getting anymore, very disappointed, this just to be one of my favorite places to get my pizza....

NYPD4 is my go-to place for Italian food in a neighborhood with plenty of others to choose from.
The staff is warm & friendly, the owner is frequently on site & in the kitchen, and the delivery folks are top notch.
If you're looking for good food, in good sized portions, from a varied menu, all at very reasonable prices, this is your place.
Oh, one more thing: as a native New Yorker, I take my puzza VERY seriously.
NYPD has THE best pizza around town.

I usually order takeout from NYPD. The chicken parm dinner is very tasty, and the portions are generous. Both ordering online and by phone is reliable and easy. It's a great place for Italian and pizza.

Went here for take out pizza. I did not call in my order. I just ordered a med pizza at the counter. It took less than 10 minutes. Pizza was great. Judging from the amount of oil dripping from the pizza, they use mozzerella from whole milk. I will return in the future. Note, this place is hard to find from the road if you've never been. Use GPS to find it. Dign cannot be seen in the parking lot entrance due to large trees covering the signage. I only rated the Food because I didn't dine in. If I dine-in in the future, I will re-rate. Pizza prices were reasonable as compared to other comparable restaurants.
