Without a doubt our experience was accentuated by Kasey's excellent service and attention. This time the bread sticks were a tad stale.

Catered combination dinners for 35 people. Lasagna was ok but cheese stuck to top of container rather than on pasta. Chicken parm pieces were extremely small portions and then stacked with cheese only on the top. Disappointed guests. 😞

Amaia was super professional. It was busy and she made sure all the tables were taken care of. My mentee and I were talking about how awesome she is. Gotta ask for Amaia when you go here. 5 stars all day.

My daughter and I came for lunch and there was only two other elderly couples in the restaurant. I told the server that we were on lunch break so we would needed to eat and rush back to work. She acknowledged my request however, she kept going to the tables of the elderly couples bringing them drink refills and asking if there’s anything they needed. When she finally got back to us we placed our order and asked for salad and breadsticks. We asked for no onion in the salad however she brought onion in our salad and cold breadsticks. It took a moment to get her attention to let her know our concerns. Then our food was brought out before the salad and breadsticks. The salad was correct this time but the breadsticks had been heated in the microwave so they felt hot but now they were hard and not edible. We had to ask for drink refills and we asked for another basket of bread and voiced our concerns The next basket of bread she brought out had also been microwaved. Will not return to this location. Service nor food was that good.

Terrible service once again. The server checked on us once, but everyone else in his section was checked on multiple times. It sounded like he slammed our food and drinks on the edge of the table. We had to pass that around. Food had no salt. Pasta was hard. Never asked if we needed refills. We had to tell him. Then again, if he checked on us, we wouldn't have to ask. After we ate, we waited 10 minutes for him to come check on us. I ended up having to find him. Only to find him sitting at the booths in the bar area, chatting up a storm. For me to hear him tell another person to check on his table while I was standing there looking at him. It's such a shame how customer service is not a priority in restaurants anymore. Will not recommend
