If you are looking for an authentic Italian bakery, this is it. We found Palermo’s on a whim and were not disappointed. The owner, Anna was the sweetest lady and even gave us extra items to bring to my Nonno and Nonna for them to try. We will be back!

It's our 'go to' bakery. No matter what we purchase, mostly pistachio biscotti, we are never disappointed. We're always served pleasantly and many times given a sample. Easy parking too. If you haven't been here it's worth the stop.

Palermo's is just like the great Italian bakery in the northeast. We went there for lunch and they had two eggplant parmesan sandwiches left and they were amazing!! We also had espresso and pastries. Everything was delicious.

After an 18-hour drive from New Jersey, I stopped in on a recommendation to buy pastries. I stood in the bakery for about five minutes without being acknowledged by any of the three employees present. When one employee finally became available, she immediately helped a man who arrived after me. I was ignored from start to finish and left without being served.

Eggplant parm. is always delicious. Today bought Minestrone soup and really incredible. We were in Italy during the summer and this was by far the best Minestrone soup ever. I even left a message on the answering machine at the store.

I had a Limonchillo cake 3 weeks ago that was great. Bought one for Thanksgiving dinner, it was disappointing at best.

The attitude and the pastries are hit and miss. Sometimes you get a nice fresh biscotti, next time it's hard as a rock. Sometimes they are nice, other times can't be bothered when you are trying to give them your business. There are too many better places for me to bother with this place anymore.
