Charisma promptly attended to me to see if my pick up order was ready, when it haven't even been placed yet (I got there early as my mom was placing it online from home). We struck up a conversation and she talked with my as if I was an old friend. Lexi then checked on my order again and joined the convo. Such a great group. I got my food hot and promptly. This Panera is topnotch! They are full of diamonds in the rough!

Don't usually shop here but at the request of someone else I did. Food is okay, over priced for what it is. But the thing that struck out to me was the nerve to ask for a tip when they don't put cream cheese on the begael, just hand you a packet and a knife.
Why would you ask for a tip? Where is the service? You have to go up to them to grab your food. Just irked me between the prices to ask for a tip but provide no service.

Since I have the Sip Club visit often. Staff always friendly and clean. Love that squash soup back. Looking forward to try out Black Bean soup next
I ordered delivery, got a decent amount of food so it was a big bag and didn’t think anything of it! Opened the bag once I got in, something was missing. Called Panera, and spoke to the manager John and let him know the situation, he was very apologetic although it wasn’t his fault and not only did he give me what I was missing, he also upgraded it! After speaking with John, the delivery driver reaches out and claims she didn’t have the drink and didn’t know it came with my order. John, thank you so much! Truly appreciate you and will definitely be coming back! 🙂

Ranch was warm and tasted sour- croutons were too many and bacon wasn’t enough. The mex corn chowder was weird flavor

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread due to the manager’s unprofessional behavior. When our order was brought out, we were given half salads instead of full salads. Instead of calmly resolving the mistake, the manager repeatedly insisted (in a rude tone) that we had ordered half salads. Once we confirmed that we had indeed ordered full salads, she slammed them down on the counter in a very disrespectful manner.
Everyone makes mistakes, but the way a manager handles customers says a lot about the store. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what I expect from Panera.
