The store manager Laila was very rude and mean in talking to her employees. She decided to chastise them in from of myself, my kids ,and another customer. I told her that conversation should happen in the office. No matter if the employee is in the wrong a customer should not hear it or know what happen. Not professional or good leadership.

This is the THIRD time I have went to Panera over an hour before they close and they have no bread!? No bread bowl, not even a side of bread to offer. First two times I ordered and let it be but this is the third time and I had to walk out. It was 7:08 and they close at 9pm and you’re saying you have no bread. Another couple left as well

I went to place my order online after seeing a movie at the movie theater at the mall and I come to find out that they didn't have any of the bread for my sandwich so I was forced to go to another location out of my way! If you are going to sell items at your location make sure you have the inventory to sell them

Favorite breakfast is sausage egg and cheese on the Asiago bagel. Definitely one of the top fast casual restaurants. The new steak and wake sandwich is fire.
extremely disappointed in the staff, they should really pay attention on who they are hiring, young 18 year olds arent old enough to provide good customer service will not return. Keep hiring these young ones that dont have a clue! AAAndd very dirty aswell, 1 star for hygiene

This is my regular stop for my three free months of the unlimited sip club. My only complaint is that other locations always have liquid sugar for iced coffee and tea, but this location never has it
