I walked in to order as i was close to the store, first of all everyone has headphones in which wouldnt be a problem if they didnt ignore people, i was standing there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order, no one said hey we will be right with hey give us a sec nothing! They kept looking at me and walking away i will never be ordering or taking out from this location ever again

We order Pizza like twice a month and most of the time its from here. We maybe have had an issue like once or twice from them. I will say that delivery seems to take about an hour or more so we just started picking up in store and its always been ready in like 20-30 minutes.

I placed a simple order and it got transferred from the store that's a mile away from me to a store approximately 15 miles away when I called back I was left on hold for over 30 minutes then was told it would take 2-3 business days to get a refund and so now I'm going to bed without eating dinner and the worker I talked to was rude I will never order from Papa John's again very upset with them

DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER from this location unless you are willing to wait TWO HOURS for some COLD PIZZA, get hung up on and lose all brain cells. Now mind you this location is only five minutes away from where I live but I wanted the order delivered. A mistake a regret terribly, as you will see. I placed my order through their mobile app at 7:16pm and I didn’t receive my order until after 9pm. The worker called me from the store when I initially placed the order, telling me that I live “too far” for them to deliver. I laughed as I’m five minutes away. He then realized that he is not smart and corrected himself, letting me know the driver is on his way to me. About 30 mins go by and I get a notification my order is marked as delivered when it was in fact not. I call the store and the same man tells me the driver couldn’t find my address so he marked my order as delivered and came back to the store. In what world is that something you do??? The man then sends the driver back out with a “freshly made” order that I still did not receive until after 9pm. Ultimately being cold and disgusting. The following day, I get a text message from some guy from papa John’s saying he will refund me and never did so therefore I am going through my bank. If I could have predicted any of this, I much would have preferred to just go to bed without dinner to be honest. 0/10 do not recommend.

I dont kno who made my pizza but not only were they so polite in correcting the mistake i made in my order at last minute close to close, but made my pizza so beautiful and delicious i almost took a pic to capture how elegant it looked. Honestly the best I've had in a while. I was almost suspicious, but with a pizza looking and tasting that good and who cares and it was promptly delivered with a smile.. very sus hmm lol jk regardless it was amazing thank you guys I know it was a team effort good thing I didn't choose Pizza Hut lmfao ? kidding.. great job crew!!

I ordered a meats stuffed crust and a pepperoni pizza. When I got home I didn’t get the meats pizza. It was half pepperoni and sausage and half cheese. I called and they said they have my pizza there and I have to come and get it. Why would they not deliver it to me. That’s just wrong. I even tipped at the counter.
