Papa Johns Pizza

Legit ordered from the store and ate most of it and noticed hair coming out of it, my fault for not checking the food. Disgusting place

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. I love Papajohns but man oh man, this location is not it. I would order a regular pizza and it would come out thin….. THIN. If I want thin crust pizza I would’ve ordered that. You would think it was just a one time issue….. nope. Ordered again, regular pepperoni pizza, again THIN. Why is the pizza so freaking thin all the time, so I decided to watch one the crew making the pizza. He would spread it out, then panini press it in this mental machine then proceed to spread the dough out even more. That explains why it’s so freaking thin all the time and dry. I love Papajohns but this isn’t the location I would order my pizza from.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. Was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Got there about 20 minutes later and the pizzas were not done. Worse part- had not even started and workers were standing around doing NOTHING! Pizza was okay but truthfully, could have pick up a frozen, doctor it up and been just as happy. Disappointing to spend the money to try to support locally.

Walked in to place an order for a heart pizza for my wife. The young lady working burnt the pizza not once bit twice. The second time the pizza was also burnt and an older gentleman tried to recook a third pizza and it was still burnt. Needless to say I was still charged. My wife told me this is exactly why she stopped ordering pizza. Poor customer service and the manager was completely rude to her and blew her off her last visit she had multiple issues. So sad local papa johns is trash. She just showed me all the 1 STAR REVIEWS

Worst pizza we ever got so much salt I put in the trash a waste of 35.00

On Fridays, we usually go out to a family dinner. On some Fridays, when we can't decide on what to eat, it is usually pizza, Rock, or Papa John's. That's a great company to mention. We have never had issues with them, either pick-up or delivery. Staff is friendly and nice.

The worst. Ordering the food was hassle but the biggest thing is the delivery driver knocked lightly and .001 of a second dropped our food on the cold dirty ground. I get it if it was a Uber eats or door dash. The people who are contracted to use their services to deliver food dont go through any training. Papa Johns, who prides themselves on customer care really dropped the ball. It only takes one time, one time to mess up a really good thing. When calling to complain, of course, no one answers and keeps you on hold. Horrible experience and would tell you to take your business else where because there are other pizza companies out there with better ingredients and better pizza.

If I could give you no stars, I would. When you call in to place an order, it goes straight to a busy signal. I tried 5 times and finally dialed into the manager line and was immediately transferred over to someone that seemed so put out to do the job they were paid for. Is the phone by chance off the hook? It’s unfortunate that customer service has gone to shit everywhere. No one has any pride. I’ll happily take my money elsewhere. Just rude.

Worker have no manner, no customer service, they serve who they know first . This store need a whole new staff

Never ordering from Papa John’s again. ordered through the online app they delivered a different addresses pizza. I keep trying to get a hold of the store and they keep placing me on hold or hanging up on me.
